Located in the Residence "Le Clos de Socorro" with a view over the vineyards from the terrace and also from the two bedrooms, shared swimming pool (open from mid june to mid sept), about 10 minutes away from the sea. This is a beautiful villa with a conservatory, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and also a shower and toilet, a second toilet downstairs , tiled terrace with BBQ, private parking space, take your bikes and ride along the Canal du Midi!Fittings: vacuum cleaner, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron+board, , television, DVD, parasol, 2 sun loungers. WIFI in the house-Final cleaning included.

Ruhige Anlage

Sehr ruhige Anlage am Rande der Gemeinde. Vom unserem Haus ganz hinten in der Anlage bis zum Strandzugang, Fahrradstellplatz, Gastronomie am Strand sind wir 1,1 km mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Es hätte auch genug Parkplätze nah am Strandzugand gegeben, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Den Pool (sehr steril ohne Liegen) haben wir nicht genutzt. Zum Bäcker bzw. kleinen Laden und Restaurants war es mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit, zu Fuß schon . Insgesamt war es für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal.
