Wunderschöne Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dominik ein wunderbare, hilfsbereit Mann, nach ein paar Minuten hat er alle Probleme gelöst und erledigt. . Pool sauber, gereinigt jeder Woche. Wochnung auch schön geschmückt und sauber. Wir empfehlen dieses Wohnung, für 4 köpfige Familie ist es optimal.. Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Woche auf die malerische Insel Sardinien!

Superbe expérience en Sardaigne

Merci à Sandrine et Dominique pour leur accueil, malgré notre arrivée tardive à l’aéroport ils se sont adaptés et nous avons pu commencer notre séjour dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est très bien équipé et climatisé, la piscine très agréable par les fortes chaleurs. Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir la Maddalena, le Golfe d’Arancie, Olbia et nous sommes même allés jusqu’à Bosa et Alghero. La Sardaigne est sublime et ses plages cristallines ne pourrons que vous séduire, les restaurants sont typiques de la gastronomie sarde et nous avons mangés les meilleures pâtes que nous ayons jamais goûté! Hâte d’y retourner!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dem schlnen ort murta maria. Der Pool war direkt von unserer Terasse zugänglich. Hinten heraus hstten wir noch eine barbecue Terrasse, die wir immer zum Abenessen genutzt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit dem eigenem Auto dort und konnten somit in der näheren Umgebung die schönen Strände erkunden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Das Ehepaar, was sich um die Vermietung kümmert, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Abzügen

Die Wohnung ist schön dekoriert und die Anlage ist nett, aber leider mit ein paar Abzügen.Wir haben diese Wohnung wegen des Pools und des Parkplatzes gemietet. Diesen Parkplatz gibt es nicht mehr, was uns weder von Ferienwohnung-direct noch von den Vermietern im Vorhinein mitgeteilt wurde. Als wir den Verwalter auf den Parkplatz Ansprachen wurde uns nur gesagt, dass der Weg kompliziert wäre, die Fernbedienung oft nicht funktionieren würde und wir doch auf der Straße viel besser stehen würden. Wir haben aber auf den Parkplatz bestanden und dann nach 3 Tagen erfahren, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr mit Parkplatz angeboten wird. Ich habe den Verwalter auch nach den Vorhängen an der Terrasse gefragt, die man auf den Fotos sehen konnte. Diese Vorhänge hat es angeblich nie gegeben. In der Wohnung schräg über uns fehlten diese Vorgänge nun auch. Diese Mieterin hat aber darauf bestanden und es wurden abends um 20.30 Uhr noch alle Bohrungen für die Vorrichtungen von einem anderen Verwalter/Eigentümer durchgeführt. Die Wohnung an sich ist mit hübschen Fliesen und netter Deko schön eingerichtet. Leider gibt es ein paar Dinge, die nicht so gepflegt waren. Die Außendusche ist defekt, im Grill lagen noch die Kohlen vom Vormieter und der Grillrost könnte erneuert werden. Wir haben die Außenküche nicht ein einziges Mal benutzt. Der Tisch im Garten wackelte so, dass mein Mann erst einmal die Schrauben angezogen hat. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und der Pool ist sauber und hat eine schöne Größe.
