Residence by the sea in Porto Rotondo (Punta Volpe residence). There are private pitches equipped with free sunbeds and umbrellas, freshwater showers, ladders in each pitch for access to the sea. Possibility to reach with a short swim the platform on the sea, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
2 swimming pools for adults and children equipped with sunbeds and freshwater showers.
2 tennis courts, large playground.
The house has garden, barbecue, large patio, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds (with possibility to join them and become a double bed) and in the living room a double sofa bed (total 6 beds), 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine.
Reserved parking space.
Free shuttle "mare mare" with stop in front of the residence, to reach the beaches of Porto Rotondo.
Sheets and towels are available for a fee for those who wish.
The punta volpe residence is considered one of the most beautiful. Positioned on a tongue of land that juts out to the side of Porto Rotondo overlooking two seas.
Porto Rotondo can be reached on foot in 10/15 min and by car in 5 min.

The residence's swimming pool will be open from June 15 until September 15.

Excellent séjour dans une propriété calme et très agréable à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Sandra . la résidence est calme et l'appartement très agréable . il est situé à proximité de plages magnifiques , et possède un accès à la mer à 50m + piscine. superbe vue sur le golfe . Ideal pour se reposer et profiter des plages. Nous avions toutes les informations utiles par WhatsApp avec les propriétaires (merci Federica et Sandra ) .

Traumhafte Lage an der Costa Smeralda

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Ferienresidenz am Punta Volpe. Es gibt einen Pool und einen eigenen Zugang zum Meer (Felsküste). Nach Porto Rotondo fährt man 5 Min. mit dem Auto (oder Shuttlebus bis 19 Uhr) oder ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Bäder entsprechen nicht unbedingt gewohnten Standards. Wir haben die Aufenthalt dennoch genossen und uns sehr gut erholt.

Wunderschöne Zeit in Einsamkeit

Wer in Oktober die Ruhe und das Meer sucht, wird hier fündig. Wir können das Objekt deswegen empfehlen: - genug Raum für 3-4 Erwachsenen - kristallklares Wasser - (fast) ein privater Zugang zum Wasser - freundliche und vertrauensvolle Abwicklung - absolute Ruhe mit Gartenlandschaft Mobilität ist vorausgesetzt!

Posto incantevole caratterizzato da un silenzio rigenerante

Porto Rotondo già lo conoscevamo ma questa parte estrema di Punta Volpe l'avevamo solo intravista. L'arrivo ci ha riservato subito sensazioni di accoglienza e bellezza. L'appartamento piccolo, accogliente, con tutte le comodità che si vorrebbe trovare in una vacanza estiva. Arredato in stile marittimo con cura e sentimento. Grande veranda che è stato il cuore del nostro vivere il residence di Punta Volpe che si distingue per pulizia, bellezza e cura (i giardini sono mantenuti in maniera impeccabile). La piscina è meravigliosa, balcone con vista eccezionale sul golfo della Marinella. La discesa verso il mare è breve e ti porta ad una piccola scogliera attrezzata con ombrelloni in cannucce che ti fanno sentire in un paradiso marittimo. I giorni trascorrono nella pace più assoluta pur essendo al centro della vita più elegante della Sardegna. Un elogio particolare alla proprietaria di casa, simpatica e premurosa nell'assisterci durante il nostro soggiorno. Unica nota meno positiva la pulizia iniziale non forse all'altezza di tutto il resto. Partiti con il desiderio di tornare quanto prima, magari consigliandolo anche ad amici!!
