The chalet is ideally located in Gérardmer, at 1, bis chemin de Romania, on the Xettes hillside. Nice view of the lake from its furnished terrace, facing south. Newly built, it is located 800 m from the center, 4.5 km from the ski slopes and 500 m from the hiking trails.
It consists of a large living room with high ceilings, exposed beams, granite fireplace with insert, flat screen, WIFI etc. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, vitro hob, extractor hood, raclette machine ...).
On the ground floor, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (hair dryer, towel dryer, washing machine / dryer ...), separate wc.
High chair and cot.
Adjoining room for storing skis, wood or bikes. Private plot of 450 m2. Two parking spaces.
