A large luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on an oversized lot with views of the Rotonda River canal in Rotonda West. This spacious home offers comfortable accommodations for 6 guests.

The living area with cathedral ceilings contains living and dining rooms, separate den, kitchen and nook. The master bedroom features a king bed, sliders to the lanai area and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and marble tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom with door to the lanai area. Bedrooms 3 have twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has cable TV in the living room, den and Master bedroom; telephone and hi-speed internet. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, and the separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

The extended pool deck area has a large pool with optional electric heat. The covered lanai has a patio table with chairs, chaises and a propane gas BBQ Grill. The garage has bicycles for use by guests. At the edge of the garden next to the canal is a private fishing dock.

Relaxing Stay

South-facing pool overlooking the canal is a fabulous place to swim, relax, and enjoy the wildlife. We were happy for the option to pay to heat the pool! Kids (ages 5-18) swam daily, and the adults joined in most days. We enjoyed watching the birds alight on the dock and even saw an alligator one morning in the canal. Kitchen worked well for making all of our dine-in meals. Shipt service from nearby grocery store options (Publix, Winn Dixie, Target) is a plus! Home is well stocked with a variety of books and family games/puzzles, although we brought plenty of our own as part of our Christmas gift exchange and made lots of memories playing games on the wrap-around couch in the living room. The space works well to come together for meals/games/family time but also has ample privacy for down-time. Our teenagers hooked up their gaming system to the tv in the study and were able to play/watch movies without occupying the main family space. Our favorite nearby beach is Boca Grande (well worth the $6 to cross the bridge) for spectacular sunsets, shelling, and the occasional dolphin sighting. Communication with the management company for a few minor things that came up during our stay was timely, friendly, and resolved quickly. We loved our stay!
