Approx 800 sq ft ranch style waterfront home unit. New updates & décor; brand NEW full kitchen. Luxury king bed, large smart TV, dining & sitting area, full bath. French doors lead you to the stone patio with water views. The banana forest out your window gives it a tropical feel. Enjoy sunset views & dolphins in the lagoon. Free use of kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, fishing poles. Convenient parking; including for boat trailers. Dog friendly too. Community laundry room available. Great for a perfect getaway whether business or vacation.
The space
The new kitchen has full size appliances complete with dishware and cooking items. Lots of cabinet space, plus a corner open pantry. There is a 2 seater dining table area in the living/bedroom area. Perfect for laptop office work. A grill is nearby, PLUS walk out your door to 2 large decks for viewing our great sunsets. Boat mooring included aat no charge for our guests. Visit our new Hideaway Greenhouse - sit, sip and relax!

Hello, I am a property owner and long time builder. I came to Florida several years ago on a major condo project and simply never left. I enjoy the wildlife and nature this area has to offer; starting with the dolphins we often see daily from our homes. We are lightly populated residential area with all the activities close at hand, including great restaurants, parks, sugar sand beaches, shopping and so much more. You'll enjoy being outdoors; boating, paddle boarding & kayaks. I get a kick out of meeting the wonderful guests that come to experience "The Hideaway". The 6 rental units on the waterfront property keep you with plenty of options as well as other units off site. Vacation and business traveler's from literally around the world find their peace here at "The Hideaway" Panama City, Florida.
