T2 of 40 m2 (for 4 people maximum) on the 1st floor of a very quiet residence with a large covered balcony of 16 m2 oriented South-West and without vis-à-vis.
It has a private parking space, a closed bicycle garage. His entrance is secure.
Located 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the port, and 3 minutes drive from a supermarket with gas pump.
5 minutes by car to the Gulf Park and the peninsula of Conleau.
All the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan are accessible by boat from Vannes.

L'appartement est très bien agencé, très propre, avec une vue depuis le balcon très agréable, (celui-ci est spacieux). Le propriétaire et les personnes qui s'occupent de l'entrée et de la sortie SONT TRES AIMABLES;NOUS CONSEILLONS DONC CET APPARTEMENT SPACIEUX ET TRES BIEN SITUE POUR DE NOMBREUSES VISITES ! Belle découverte de la région mais déception sur l'appartement
Déception à notre arrivée dans l'appartement :
-dans la salle de bain : prise électrique arrachée au niveau du lavabo (risque d’électrocution) réparée par nos soins ; pression très faible dans la douche
-odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain et les toilettes
-dans les toilettes, manque un écrou sur le bouton du réservoir
-portes fenêtres très difficiles à manœuvrer
-réfrigérateur un peu petit mais surtout la partie "freezer" est inutilisable car non dégelée ( 5-6 cm de glace......)
Cet appartement au calme, avec une vue dégagée et un grand balcon, situé proche du centre ville gagnerait dans une amélioration de l'équipement ainsi qu'avec un entretien ménagé approfondit et régulier

Sachez que la remontée d'odeurs que vous avez remarquée était due à des travaux ponctuels sur le réseau de distribution et que vous m'en voyez désolé.
Par ailleurs, je prendrai en compte l'ensemble de vos remarques pour améliorer les prestations de mon logement. Vous n'auriez pas dû hésiter à me contacter sur mon portable. Cela m'aurait permis de réagir au plus vite et de rendre votre séjour plus agréable.
Je suis heureux que la situation de l'appartement vous ait plu ainsi que son grand balcon ensoleillé. Soyez assurée que je m'attache à constamment améliorer sa décoration et ses équipements.

Pour votre information, sachez qu'il m'arrive régulièrement de télétravailler de l'appartement en utilisant le réseau mobile 4G+. Il est très stable et fonctionne très bien dans le quartier.
