This upgraded “top floor” condo off of Alii Drive has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island of Hawaii! This condo features a full kitchen and full bathroom with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a King sized Bed, plenty of seating in the living area, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a lanai with outdoor seating and ocean views. You will be able to enjoy the cruise ships docked in the bay from the lanai. There is Air Conditioning to help cool off from the tropical sunshine after your Hawaii excursions. The property is equipped to make it easy for beach adventures with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers and more.

The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is the perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and watch the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You can possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua-Kona with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find on the Kona Coast include beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing; just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. With so much to do this condo makes a perfect home base to relax after all of your vacation adventures or you can just have a relaxing day lounging by the pool.

There are rent-able bikes available across the street from Kona Shores. There is an assigned parking space and laundry facilities that are compatible with the PayRange laundry facility app.

This is an ideal base for exploring the west coast of the big island. The pool area is great for sunsets. Restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect oceanside residence.

Everything was as it should be. Check-in was easy, the property was full of people, but very quiet at alltimes of the day, the pool and rec area were beautifully kept and accessable, and the complex is righ across the street from a bike HI docking station for easy access. If you're doing laundry, bring some quarters. Oh, yes, the communication from the property manager from the booking of the unit, until we left was superior to anything we've ever experienced. Instructions were clear, detailed and useful.

Lovely studio — well-decorated with everything we needed. The pool overlooking the ocean was delightful for the sunsets as well! Quick and helpful communication. Would absolutely stay again.
