 1st level: living room equipped kitchen, BZ (sleeping 160), cupboard, dishwasher, plasma TV, electric plate, refrigerator, heating, bathroom, letting, large bay overlooking the terrace 7m2 living room of garden.
 2nd level: 1 bedroom with closet bed 140, 1 bedroom cabin with 2 bunk beds 90.

Lovely place, lovely location

Ideal for two of us staying whilst sailing during the day, loads of restaurants within a 5 min walk, less than 3 mins to the beach. Nice balcony to enjoy the sun on too.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, emplacement idéal et appartement très propre et bien équipé. Super douche toute neuve notamment. Une remarque : le lit double grince beaucoup dès que l'on bouge même juste un peu, cela ne facilite pas l'endormissement.L'accueil est parfait, arrangeant quand cela est possible. Pas satisfaisant du tout !

L'appartement a 6 couchages, mais il n'en a pas assez de place – même à 4 ça sera très, très serré. La propriétaire veut louer, mais ne pas avoir trop de travaille avec (nettoyage, literie, etc.) qui n'est pas très accueillant. Il y avait pas mal de choses de cassées (par exemple une casserole énormément déformée) ou tout simplement très vieux et juste avant que cela se casse. La porte coulissante, qui donne sur le balcon, par exemple nécessitait énormément de force pour ouvrir/ fermer. On a cassé un pied de chaise sans l’avoir abusée. La propriétaire, Gisèle Hogrel, m'a même sans me l'avoir indiqué pendant l'état de lieu (faite par Françoise, qui est très gentille et décente) et la faite que je n'étais pas d'accord, encaissé 57,75€ de ma carte VISA. J'imagine que c'est le prix d'une chaise nouvelle et pas pour la réparation. Je suis ingénieur mécanique et selon mon opinion les chaises ne sont pas assez robustes pour une utilisation intensive. On n’a jamais vue Gisèle, mais apparemment elle savait, qu’on été 5 adultes, alors qu’on été 2 adultes et 3 adolescents de 16 et 17 ans. Ma conclusion : la région est très, très belle, mais plus jamais dans l’appartement de chez Gisèle !

Emplacement idéal

A 2 mns de la plage et 5mns des commerces estivaux , l appartement est très bien situé, dans une résidence très calme . Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire, très arrangeante . Bref , idéal pour découvrir la magnifique station de Carnac et ses environs.

Situation excellente, proche de la mer et au calme. Cependant l'espace est vraiment réduit, la chambre "enfants" n'a pas de porte. Le logement manque cruellement de rangements.

Super vacances

J avoue que l emplacement est très bien par rapport a la plage et au yach club notre petit fils faisant une formation planche a voile. L appartement est très bien fonctionnellement il ne manque rien. Le seul souci les lits superposés qui font du bruit pour des enfants qui bougent beaucoup. Nous reviendrons.
