Surface area of 90 m2 consisting of a large main room with a fully equipped KITCHEN (induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine...) adjacent to a DINING AREA.
A cosy LIVING ROOM with TV.
A MEZZANINE usable as a work or rest area.
A large BEDROOM with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), plenty of storage and an outdoor access.
A BATHROOM where local artisan bath products await you.

Fireplace not in service.

As the Corsican summer is hot, the accommodation is obviously air-conditioned.

Because we also love living outside, the Villa has a large TERRACE of 60m2 with outdoor furniture for you to eat or sunbathe
A BARBECUE is at your disposal.
An INFINITY POOL, heated (temperature not guaranteed depending on the weather in low season).

In a region known for its sweetness of life and sunsets, we offer you a truly timeless experience through this magnificent dwelling.
This former sheepfold has been tastefully rehabilitated with a desire to meticulously choose its materials.
It is without vis-à-vis, nor close neighbours, and extends over a vast wooded property of 5000 m2 between the magnificent villages of Pigna and Corbara.
Villa U Laziu is a singular house, of type "Pagliaghju", a Corsican word used to mention an old sheepfold.
The charm comes from the fact that it blends entirely into a lush nature, at the foot of the rocks. These same stones constitute the walls of the exterior but also of the interior of the building, guarantees of authenticity and ancestral know-how.
