With a surface area of 180 m2, this spacious villa is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, a bright living room is perfect for relaxing. You will find a master suite with a double bed, giving access to the outside terrace. In addition, a separate toilet is also available on this floor.

The outdoor area is simply beautiful. A dining table and a plancha will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals in all conviviality. The outdoor heated swimming pool (mid-May to end of October) is secured by an electric roller shutter, ensuring the safety of children.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with a double Queen size bed, a storage cupboard and a flat screen television. Each of these rooms has access to the first floor terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and an office area.

The villa also has a basement garage where you can store your bikes, surfboards and other equipment during your stay. A laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine is also available on this floor.

In terms of facilities, there is a flat screen TV in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, American fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, fresh coffee machine, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as an ironing board, iron, Dyson hoover and hairdryer in each bathroom. Of course, Wi-Fi internet access is available to keep you connected during your stay.

The villa does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in the bedrooms.
