## Space

Welcome to our charming triplex, perfectly located right across from Biarritz train station! Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for toddlers due to the stairs and proximity to the road.
Our triplex offers a comfortable space for you and your fellow travelers. The four bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140x190 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep. Each room also includes a storage closet. For your convenience, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the triplex. If you need to work during your stay, two of the bedrooms feature a desk area.
The living room includes a Full HD TV, a sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, a dishwasher, a four-burner stove, an extractor hood, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, as well as dishes and cutlery. You can prepare delicious meals just like at home.
A washing machine is available for your personal use, and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. Additionally, you'll find an iron and ironing board.The triplex is fitted with double-glazed windows, providing sound and thermal insulation for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

- Welcome Products: Upon arrival, you'll find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface Cleaning at the End of Your Stay: After your departure, our cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

Benefits:
- Dog Friendly: We welcome one dog during your stay for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. A dog bed, two bowls, a sofa cover, a brush, and a towel for wiping paws are provided.
- Public Transportatio: Nearby buses provide easy access to downtown Biarritz (bus 5).
- Local Shops: Small neighborhood shops are within walking distance in the Dock area.
- Key Box: A coded key box allows you to access the accommodation at your convenience (from 4 PM).

Disadvantages:
- No private parking, but free street parking is available in the surrounding area.
- The accommodation is on a busy street with a view of Biarritz train station.

Located just steps away from the train station and local shops, this triplex is ideal for your stay in Biarritz. The beaches of La Milady and La Côte Basque are an 8-minute drive away. You can enjoy the fine sand, the Atlantic Ocean waves, and panoramic views of the sea. The neighborhood also offers easy access to various shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Nearby, you'll find local boutiques, markets, and supermarkets for your daily needs. Basque cuisine is renowned for its culinary specialties.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Public Transportation: Check the Txik Txak website for schedules and stops.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the airport, and the SNCF train station is 500 meters away.
- Parking: Be sure to check the street signs to avoid any parking violations.

## Notes

Here’s some important information regarding the booking conditions and check-in options with Homies Holidays:

- Once your reservation is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- For check-in, you have two options:
- You can be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4 PM and 7 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, a 30 euro fee will apply, and a 50 euro fee if you arrive after 9 PM.
- You can choose self-check-in, and the procedure will be sent to you on your arrival day.
