Calm & Cozy is a two-home getaway, perfect for a large family get-together. You'll have access to Pack 'N Plays, a jogging stroller, and a high chair. Gather together at Coeur d'Alene Calm and enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the gas grill while the kids play in the large, fenced yard. At Coeur d'Alene Cozy, you'll have a master suite with a large walk-in closet that can double as an infant room. Both homes feature a well-equipped kitchen to make preparing holiday meals a snap!

Zero communication when we needed help!

I still have yet to hear from the management company in regards to the service needs we had. The whole upstairs of the home smells like mold, so we were completely unable to use the top floor. The fireplace didn’t work, the wifi barely worked, the stairs are a hazard for kids, and we found hair on almost every towel and in a few beds.

Girls golf trip

Annual golf tournament. This was perfect. Close to courses we were playing. Easy location for us to get where we needed to be and places we wanted to eat at. The patio made this exceptional. There was plenty of room for all to enjoy.

Great location for reunion

Great location and having both houses for 12 people worked well (annual family reunion). Nice yard for outdoor activities at 310. Kitchens well equipped and facilities clean and in good shape. Already rebooked for 2024

Cozy and calm, lived up to its name!

We loved the cleanliness of the properties, the large deck for eating and visiting, and the grandkids had a great time playing in the big yard. We were in a great location for walking to the beach, going on the trails and city center in a quiet neighborhood, it was perfect.
