Our stay was very nice. The house was fully stocked with nice gift. There was a bottle of wine, milk, orange juice, chocolate and other food in the freezer. We were able to wash our clothes before leaving and that is a big plus. The rooms were very comfortable and so was the living room area. We had a great time here.
Great location for mountain bike enthusiasts. Very comfortable. Lots of little extras made the difference. Kitchen came stocked with eggs, OJ, a few beers and other snacks and cooking supplies like oil and spices.
Place was great, shower is sooo big. They had food in the kitchen I could use, so after a long day hiking and I couldn’t eat in the road it was great to cook some quick spaghetti. Great place, highly recommend!!

The hosts were EXTREMELY hospitable. They responded quickly to communication. They **generously** provided some kitchen staples for the stay. They also provided some excellent tips for things to do in the area. It was a clean, comfortable, relaxing, worry-free stay! Looking forward to the next time!
We came to Utah to celebrate a 40th birthday. We felt extremely privileged that we got to stay in this VRBO. The suite was beautifully decorated and we absolutely loved the wood doors and the incredible shower. Everything was so clean and put together. After long days of hiking the beds were very comfortable and huge! The owners of the suite make you feel like you're at home offering snacks, drinks and food. The drive into the VRBO definitely makes you feel like you're immersed into Utahs beautiful landscape. We can not recommend this VRBO enough. Hidden gem!!!

Place was clean, beautiful, well equipped, there were treats left for us. Everything was great! Easily one of the best rentals I've had. We had a rental car issue which caused us to have to check out an hour late and the hosts were great about it with no issues. VERY NICE!
This place was clean, comfortable and roomy. I can’t say enough about Tena and Shelby. What lovely people. They made sure there was some food in the fridge for us so if we arrived late we’d have something to eat. So very thoughtful. I also appreciated having some empty drawers in the bathroom so I had a place to put a few of my things. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the walk in closet. The shower was huge! Loved it. There was a very nice covered porch where you could sit. It was a little bit off the beaten path but nothing outrageous. They gave us a tip for a short cut to Zion which worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

About the host

Came to visit Utah and decided to stay! Left the East Coast to enjoy everything Utah has to offer and then some. I am a full time State of Utah employee with the DABS and enjoy people very much! My Casita even though it's attached , we keep very private for our guests and we are always a phonecall away. Shelby as a native Utahn and he loves to hike and give advice on the best places to explore. He's been known to grow grapes which have given him a metal for his wine. Anything you need to know about Utah just ask Shelby!!
Why they chose this property
This is a Desert Paradise as one of my guests calls it. She wanted to give me a bad review so she could make this place her own, but, decided to share her experience with others. I love nature and try to keep my yard full of what all birds love. Lots of trees and vegetation.
What makes this property unique
Everything is unique in Utah. From dinosaur footprints to arrowheads, petrified wood and the howling of the coyote. The change of season with all its colors and knowing you can be in the heart of the Grand Canyon 2 hours! 115° at one elevation and 70° in another, all in one day!
