Inside, our home boasts vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and brand-new designer furniture, bedding, and textiles, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. The master suite features a king-sized bed with a hotel-quality mattress, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a step-in shower. Four bedrooms are upstairs, all equipped with new hotel-quality bedding, and one bedroom on the main level (no stairs required). Outside, the ultra-private yard features a HEATED resort-style pool with a waterfall, fire feature, seating area, and grill. Additionally, we provide private garage parking and ample driveway space.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-in: After 4 PM (self-check-in with keypad)
• Check-out: 11 AM (late check-out penalty: $50. Guests will be charged for
any lost revenue due to late check out)
• No smoking inside the home (penalty: $500/day)
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
• No moving of indoor or outdoor furniture (beds, tables, etc)
• Registered guests only (no additional people without permission)
• Excess trash/recycling: DO NOT overfill garbage/recycling bins. Any
excessive garbage requiring extra pick up will be charged $100-199.
• Follow checkout instructions to avoid excessive cleanup charges
• Please help us be eco-friendly: Turn off lights/AC/heating when leaving

GENERAL RULES:
• No parties (special events require advance approval)
• No drugs or firearms on the property; all illegal activity is prohibited
• Good Neighbor Policy: Respect our quiet, family neighborhood, keeping
noise levels under 60 dBA during the day
• Quiet hours: Music/noise must be turned down after 9PM. No
unreasonable noise between the hours of 9pm-8am per city ordinance:
Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable (Ord. No. 3912,
§ 2, 9-28-10).
• Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage,
excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $5000, legal
action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any
extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
• Weekly pool and landscaping services are scheduled (they will need access to the backyard; let us know if this is an issue)
• Discounts available for extended stays (7 days or more); contact us for more information and potential discounts

BOOKING RULES:
• For longer stays (more than 28 days), biweekly house cleaning is required
• Written exceptions to the above policies must be approved in advance
