This village house (gite de France) of 75m ² welcomes you for a relaxing or professional stay near Toulouse and Ariège. Small private garden on the other side of the street (garden furniture and barbecue) .For ease of parking your car in front of the cottage village .Proche brands in Nailloux and quick access to the motorway (9km).

Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with lounge area with TV and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and WC
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (16.5 and 18m²) with interconnecting storage. Office electric heating. Baby equipment (cot, high chair ...)

In the countryside in a quiet village (town NAILLOUX) Terraced house.
Close to many activities: swimming, tennis, horseback riding, lake, hiking ... and bordering the Ariege and the Aude: the heart of Lauragais.

Accueil agréable et maison propre

Déco entre le vintage et le rustique assumée, maison confortable et bien tenue. Village très calme avec jolie vue sur les vallons. Il ne manque rien . Le sanibroyeur et les chambre en enfilade ne nous ont pas dérangés. D'ailleurs les chambres sont belles avec un beau parquet bien entretenu. Les points negatifs : le jardinet n'est pas très agréable ( terre retournée et gravier ) de plus il n'est pas attenant à la maison . Et les deux fenêtres de la salle de bain et de la cuisine donnent sur un muret ce qui ne permet pas les courants d'air par temps de chaleur ni trop de luminosité. La propriétaire est gentille et agréable .

Le gîte est très bien équipé et l'accueil très sympathique. Les deux chambres sont attenantes, c'est le seul inconvénient pour peut-être certains, nous, ce n'en fut pas un. Donc nous y retournerons.

Nous avons passé un agréable petit séjour (trop court car nous faisions juste une étape). La campagne est belle, le gîte est très propre , bien équipé , bon accueil et disponibilité. Rapport qualité/prix très bon. Rien à redire, nous conseillons vivement.

Bonjour, J'ai loué cette maison dans le petit village de Aignes pendant 15 jours . La maison est très pratique les chambres sont très grandes et la literie est très bien. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour 4 personnes. La maison est au calme on entend les oiseaux la nature . C'est parfait.
