Great basement apartment

I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!

Escape to Roxborough

Excellent location, close to State Park and amenities. Close to Littleton, Columbine, etc. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, very good accommodations, with the necessities for a short stay. Thank you!

I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, backpacking, biking, rafting... you name it and I probably love it.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful, secluded area close to skiing, close to Denver, close to shopping/Castle Rock with trails right out of the front door. There is no city noise and you can see all the stars at night but still have access to everything the city offers.

What makes this property unique

The care that went into building the downstairs area is evident. My family and I built and installed the trim as well as the sliding barn door in the bathroom. The space is elegant and modern, almost impossible not to love.
