Large Brick Home with two separate living areas, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and an enclosed smoking area in covered patio in back. The three bedrooms each have bathrooms. There is also a fourth bathroom as well. The two living areas have a combined three sleeper sofas. There is room for one car in driveway. There is street parking available as well. There is also a parking lot connected to home. That parking lot is for tenants of six apartments that are located on the side and the back of house. Parking in that lot is allowed as well.
