The best
The place had everything we needed including beach towels & chairs. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach from the house. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunrise. We will be back.

Great Place
I love being on the 1st floor easy access to the beach cold ac and nice setup. Didn't care for the well water. Smells pretty bad the first day but I got use to it lol. High in sulfur. I recommend bringing a portable ice maker or a bag of ice for the stay. Internet in and out. Great place. Steps to the beach where a little steep I wouldn't recommend it if you have problems with stairs. Close to everything! Bring a wagon to carry everything to the beach.

Awesome vacation spot
We absolutely loved our time here! The easy beach access, excellent location, and welcoming layout made for a wonderful stay in St Augustine. Little details such as providing dish soap and laundry detergent made us feel at home. 10/10 would recommend!

Be careful of your choice! Not downstairs!
There are many things to be said here but felt the pictures are misleading. I stayed in the B unit and you can't even see the beach from this unit. I would think that pictures should be taken so the person looking at getting this unit knows exactly what they are going to see. My entire thought process was going to sit out on the deck and overlook the water and instead saw the view of a grass dune. Also the downstairs is only a single bathroom and thought I was getting a 2 bath place. If you want I can list a lot more concerns and thoughts on the unit but feel the homeowner should be more engaged as I do not feel the management company is doing the owner justice. When paying almost $400 a night I would expect alot more than what I got.
