Seawatch of Vilano is a quiet, 3-story ocean front complex. Experience the best of both worlds in this lovely 2-bed/2-bath 2nd-floor condo. Enjoy the ocean view from the deck, living room, and master bedroom or step onto quiet Vilano Beach from the building’s private boardwalk, while being just minutes from the attractions, shops, galleries and dining of downtown St. Augustine.

After a day of sightseeing enjoy the ocean rhythms from your private 2nd-floor deck or take beach chairs right to the sand. The back deck overlooks the building’s tennis court and swimming pool and also provides a peek at the sunset over the marsh. The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished with ceramic tile throughout, plantation shutters, granite countertops, and new kitchen appliances.

Before renting, please be aware this is a quiet building with many full-time residents. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Per HOA rules, there is a 7-day minimum required.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Vilano Beach. This was our first time in this area and we loved the privacy on the beach and at the condo. Karen was a great host, very quick to respond to questions and even left us a welcoming gift in the fridge. I would highly recommend this particular unit because of what an amazing host she is.

Karen is a super fantastic and responsive house. This property is very comfortable with all amenities of home. The building is a friendly mix of full time residents and vacationers. It’s laid back and relaxed, well maintained! The access to the beach is private and easy steps down to the sand. Our view is the ocean was unobstructed,,only about 50 feet of dune grass and another 30 feet of sand. Gorgeous! We have stayed there twice. Highly recommend!The

This is a wonderful condo and a great location near St Augustine, restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach. The owner provides excellent communication and is very responsive.This unit is clean, well furnished, and the appliances are updated. Beds are very comfortable.
