"Perdido Baywatch" at Innerarity Point with LOW RATES and SNOWBIRD SPECIALS!!!
This is a truly relaxing and quiet unit that is located on the last island in our area that has not been commercialized. There are no high rise condos on this entire peninsula, so the views are unobstructed. The private beach allows small children to enjoy their vacation while playing in the shallow water of Perdido Bay, or a short drive to the main beach on the Gulf. Enjoy a nice peaceful time on either the top or lower balconies with water views. There is a pool and gym provided for our guests, and the unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a gas grill. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie just a couple of miles away, or if you prefer to eat out, there are several restaurants located 1-5 miles away. A real home away from home , very affordable, surrounded by water and away from all of the hustle and bustle of the typical summer crowds and noise. This unit is priced about half of what you would spend directly on the gulf, so save your money and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer. *Please Note* some of the furniture/decor may not be exactly as in photos. We are constantly upgrading with new bedding, furniture, decor, and amenities, so there may be slight differences as we can only have professional pictures taken every so often.

Erin was easy to communicate with, the place was clean, and she gave great recommendations. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.
We decided to start our vacation in Pensacola Beach earlier so we stayed here for a couple of days. It was great exploring Perdido Key and finding new places to eat. Erin was very helpful from the time we booked throughout our stay. We loved the location. The townhome was perfect for our family.
Peaceful location with easy access to activities. Townhouse was as described. Second time staying here. Erin answered all the questions we had. She was very prompt with responses. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.
This condo is as advertised! Proximity to beaches and Pensacola is excellent. We had a beach day on Johnson’s beach, just a few short minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the heron that visited our balcony each morning!! Would recommend to everyone!!
This property was very easy to find and checkin was seamless. We were a party of 4 adults and the 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and private. It was very cold and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the water on both sides of this property but will definitely stay here again.

Glad you enjoyed it, and hope you can come back soon!
We had a great stay at Innerarity Point! The host was on-the-ball with all the codes needed to get in to the property and its amenities, as well as giving us a phone number to text or call with any questions or concerns. The condo was clean, well supplied with linens, cooking gear, and paper goods. The location is close to a grocery, two very good restaurants, and a gas station (all within 3 or so miles). Sipping my morning coffee while looking over the water was a great way to start each day. White sand beaches are 15ish minutes away (we liked Perdido Key Public Access 3), along with many more food choices. The Naval Aviation Museum is 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Just Wonderful!
I stayed at this condo with my family and my sister and her family. Believe me when I tell you there were a LOT of us! But in this condo, you'd never have known it! The place is spacious, nicely decorated and offered beautiful views. The beach was a short hop away and the bay was, literally, at the back door! No problems with wi-fi, which is always a plus! The pool was great too! The best, the absolute BEST, was the double decks. We spent more time on those decks than inside.
This is a marvelous choice for big families and kids of any age!

Deck injury
My grandson slipped on deck receiving a 2” splinter in his foot. Took him to urgent care $800 later, submitted bill to property owners and they would not pay. The deck is in horrid need of replacement.
Very nice townhouse all to ourselves. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet. Clean throughout. Plenty of towels, bedding, extra pillows. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, even has a gas grill we were able to use. Pool and fitness room were decent. Nice shallow water nearby and plenty of water toys to enjoy.
Beaches weren’t too far away. Johnson beach was where we went and had to pay $25 for a 7 day pass. Pay attention to rip tide warnings/flags. There were rip currents warnings when we were there with multiple rescues.
If you want a nice, clean, quiet place all to yourself for a very decent price, this is the place to be!

Needs organizing and updating
The location is very good! Communal property (pool, clubhouse, gym) are great!
The condo itself is not like the photos - the couch is not the same, there were ripped and torn screens. The breezeway had not been swept and the downstairs patio furniture had not been cleaned. The cupboards and closets need organizing and decluttering.
The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The dining room furniture was lovely and comfortable but no placemats for the glass table! The couch was very uncomfortable and we were very surprised to learn there is no cable tv - which may be fine for short term renters!
This condo has great potential but I would not recommend it for extended periods of time.

Hi Brenda! I'm so sorry you did not find the unit up to your expectations. The reason the couch is not the same as in the pictures is because after 8 years of solid bookings, the cushions had broken down and the material was worn thin. We thought it would make our customers happy to have a very high end Italian leather sofa, but everyone has different opinions! The screens are torn from the devastation of Hurricane Sally, and with all of the major repairs we have endured, the screens have been neglected. We will certainly replace them as soon as we can. There is a stack of 8 placemats for the glass table in the cupboard, and we try to keep a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity and very little cabinet space. We also try to keep plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and are typically complimented for them. There is a digital antennae that picks up 36 channels, including all major networks and local channels. In addition, the downstairs has a smart TV, while the upstairs has an antenna with an added Firestick. Our yard maintenance blows off the breezeway weekly, and I will speak to my cleaning crew about the downstairs patio furniture. If you had contacted me about these issues, I would have been more than happy to do my best so that your stay would have been more comfortable! I would suggest in the future contacting your host, and give them the opportunity to fix any problems you may encounter. Have a great rest of the year!

Cute but in need of a deep cleaning
The property is convenient, quiet, quaint and has all of the basics for a comfortable stay.
However, it is in desperate need of a face lift and a deep clean. In addition to black mold having been on the sliding door on the main level, dust on most of the amenities and the windows and sills (which are still dusty) there were mouse droppings in some dresser drawers. The air vents were dusty, there was dust and gross under the kitchen furniture... yeah. There was also a broken and rusted knife that was right inside the silverware drawer. There's a water stain on the ceiling in the guest room with the twin beds. It is also starting to develop a slight mold in the middle.
It was a stressful first 24 hours. The cleaning lady came and did some cleaning but didn't get everything done. They gave us a partial refund which was good but still leaves it in need of a great cleaning. Especially because they were very insistent on us keeping the place really clean.
I hope it's nicer for the next person who stays there but we will not be going back.

This unit had a "face lift" less than two years ago with new paint, carpet, furniture and bedding. It has granite counter tops and vanities, newer tile in the kitchen/dining and bathrooms. As for the cleanliness of the unit, the cleaning company came the next day in addition to your refund, and addressed every one of the twenty two photos/complaints (except for the dust on the window sills which would take an extensive amount of time). The mildew (not black mold) around the sliding glass door was from the previous guest leaving it open during a storm. It has never happened before, but will now be something that is monitored after each guest checks out. I have never had a complaint or seen any evidence of mice, but there's a first time for everything, and it will be addressed as well. The unit had a "deep cleaning" in April when I was down there and did it myself. I have had a full season with back to back rentals since then, without a long enough break for a deep clean which takes 2 or 3 days. I typically do it again in September or October. This is very common practice for owners to do deep cleanings right before and right after the peak season. Again, I have never had a complaint about dust on the window sills, but hopefully I can come up with a solution to this without losing any rentals or cancelling someone's vacation in prime season. There was a small water leak in the upstairs bedroom that has been repaired. There is a slight water stain on the ceiling, but it does not contain mold. It will require painting the entire ceiling, which will be done as soon as time allows. My cleaning company does an exceptional job, and I do what I can to make it comfortable for my guests when I am able to make the 7 hour trip. Luckily I have a very loyal customer base...about 85% of them have been coming for years and have never had so much as a hiccup. There is wording in my welcome email about leaving the unit as clean as possible because I do not charge a security deposit. It is not insistent on anything except doing what you would normally do when staying in someone else's property, like taking out the garbage and loading the dishwasher. If this seems "insistent", then this is definitely not the place for you to return. There are plenty of condos that have on-site cleaning and maintenance for several thousand dollars more than the extremely low rates I charge. Perhaps you should have taken my offer of a full refund and gone somewhere that is more accommodating.
Great location and price, but needs a little maintenance
Overall, this was a good choice for our family of 6 while we visited the Perdido Key and Pensacola area.
PROS:
Location - easy access to Perdido Key beaches and Pensacola sights like the Naval Museum, plus grocery and convenience stores. The balcony views are wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet.
Complex - we appreciated the complex was gated and had a nice little pool just steps away. There was plenty of parking during our stay.
Price - this unit was a little less than most similar rentals we considered in the area. So with that in mind, we were okay with the cons.
CONS:
Furniture - weird mix of worn furniture. The queen bed in the downstairs bedroom fills the room so much that there was nowhere to set a suitcase. But we understand newer furniture throughout would make the price higher.
Kitchenware - same thing . . . strange mix and some pieces like the cookie sheet and toaster are nearly too icky to use, but still lots of other stuff available to use.
Towels - not enough towels for 6. We had to wash a load of towels every day to have what we needed for a daily shower. There were only 3 mismatched beach towels, so bring your own.
Maintenance / cleaning - The sliding door handles for both balconies were broken and appeared to have been for a while. The TV for the upstairs bedroom with the two single beds was gone, which was a complaint for my kids.
The master bathroom has a few hooks for hanging wet towels or swimsuits, but the other bathrooms are lacking.
October has become my favorite time to go to the beach and Erin’s home was a great retreat for our girls’ trip. The home is extremely clean with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up. The area is very quiet and the beds were super comfy. It’s about a thirty minute drive to the white sand beaches and fun restaurants in Pensacola. We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots when we were ready to settle in and relax for the evening. I would highly recommend staying here. And the price was really reasonable too.
Great location! Really appreciated that there was a strict no pet policy—it can be difficult to find pet free places to stay. It could use a little maintenance fixing door handles. Erin was quick to respond to questions! Easy check in and check out. Nice place to stay and loved that it was close to the bay! We would definitely stay here again!
This condo is great for those looking for a nice quiet area but also is close to all the beaches/restaurants in Perdido Key or Gulf Shores. We loved the bay that was by the property. Were able to paddle board one morning with a dolphin swimming nearby! The pool was great too! Was not too busy when we were there and very close to the condo. Lots of great restaurants in the area too.

About the host
Hosted by Erin Gunn
I am a wife and mother of 2 boys. I live in Corinth, MS, but have lived in the Orange Beach/Perdido Key area off and on over the years since I was a child. I have been friends with the owner of the cleaning/maintenance service for over 30 years, and they are exceptional. I go to the unit 3-4 times a year to ensure that it is well kept and fully stocked with everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. Please read my reviews to see that I am very attentive, and provide my customers with excellent service.
Why they chose this property
It is very private and secluded, away from all of the crowds and noise. The views from the balconies are stunning and unobstructed by high rises, and the small private beach on the bay is very enjoyable. You can fish, crab and play without having to go anywhere, which is great for families with small children. My children have grown up going to this unit every summer for vacation, and they still love it even as teenagers.
What makes this property unique
You can enjoy the Perdido Key area, although it's not directly on the Gulf. It's on the back bays with great views, and it is minutes to the Gulf without having to pay higher prices. There are 3 public beach accesses nearby, or young children can swim in the shallow waters without being tumbled by waves. We also have a private pool and gym inside the pool house. There are several golf courses, marinas for off or inshore fishing, and NAS Pensacola Air Museum, home of the Blue Angels is 10 minutes away.
