Independent, single-story, timber-framed eco-lodge built in 2016 and adapted for people with disabilities: living room (pellet stove) with lounge area and kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room (walk-in shower) with toilet, separate toilet. Heating is provided by solar panels and wood. The 1200 m² enclosed garden includes a covered terrace (electric barbecue, sun loungers) and bicycle storage. Recycling is practiced. There is also a playhouse for children.

Sleeps up to 8 people (€10 per additional person on weekends and €20 per week). Located on the edge of a 500-hectare forest, this eco-lodge is certified "ECOGITE" and built entirely with sustainable development principles in mind (certified wood, photovoltaic panels with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting for toilets, enhanced insulation, etc.). The nearby town of L'Aigle also offers a wide range of activities and services, not to mention the unmissable visit to the BOHIN factory.
