We offer our apartment ideally located in the heart of the tourist village of Evian-les-Bains and on the shores of Lake Geneva.

You will enjoy its breathtaking view of the lake from its terrace of 70 m2, its two comfortable rooms, its fully equipped kitchen and its sunny balcony.

Since "Le Baron", everything is on foot and you can enjoy your stay in peace. We wish you a good time.

The location is AMAZING! Steps from the ferry to Switzerland, steps from the Funnicular to a view of Lac Lemon and steps from a lovely lakeside promenade that can be viewed from the most spectacular balcony. The property is spacious and clean. It is close to a grocery store. Hosts provided a very comprehensive host book. Merci Marc and Regina!

The property was most suitable for 4 adults, comfortable and well fitted out for all our needs. The deck, although in need of some TLC was large and a lovely place to enjoy the view. A pity we couldn't stay longer.

A wonderful holiday season stay in Evian Les Bains!

This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!

Appartement spacieux avec grande terrasse jouxtant la route qui longe le Leman. Equipement complet de la cuisine et informations locale detaillees fournies par le loueur. L emplacement est ideal; proche des commerces de bouches et des activites qu offre Evian (piscine, thermes, source, funicilaire, buvettes etc). Une recommandation : prendre RV avec la mairie pour beneficier de l abonnement hebdomadaire aux parkings sous terrain de la ville (celui du port par exemple)

Grosse und gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Grosszügig und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist einzigartig. Man ist sowohl direkt am See, als auch in der Innenstadt, und kann viele Ausflüge direkt von hier aus zu Fuss unternehmen. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Informationen von den Vermietern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
