About this property
Nice new holiday studio of 33 m² with terrace located 10 minutes from the sea.
This totally new studio is a room of 33 m² fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for a family).
The studio is adjacent to my main residence and has been carefully decorated. He's just waiting to be busy.
It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a terrace of 16 m².
We offer you:
- a sofa bed composed of 2 mattresses of 80 cm;
-a bunk bed separated from the living room by Japanese panels;
-a 80 cm TV;
- an equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker);
-a wardrobe in the living room for your storage;
-a shelf in the bathroom for your storage;
-a terrace (table and 4chaises and a relaxation area);
-an air conditioner;
-wireless access
- a pack of towels and bed linen.
The studio is located on the ground floor in a very quiet area in jonquières, adjacent to our main residence.
