Terrace and garden of 400 m2, swimming pool of 8mX5m fenced, Wifi, TV.
Ground floor with fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washing machine, dryer, American fridge). Large living room and dining room of 100 m2.
Upstairs, three air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 7 to 8 people:
Bedroom 1: a 160x200 bed, a 90 bed
Bedroom 2: 3 beds in 80
Bedroom 3: a 140x200 bed
2 bathrooms, shower and bath
A toilet on the ground floor and upstairs
Available according to wish: baby umbrella bed, high chair and games. ideal for families 1 min walk from the city center.
Garage for small car (audi A1, Peugeot 207 ..) free parking possibilities not far.
