Fully equipped villa with its own large secluded private pool and separate children's pool located on the gated Vineyards hotel/Spa resort. Located between the towns of Aheloy and Kableshkovo, only 15-20 minutes from Bourgas airport and 10 minutes from Sunny Beach and the UNESCO World Heritage town of Nessebar.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. Both bedrooms have their own small terrace/balcony

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a really good size, we hired a car but close enough to the beach, lidl and water park. Would definitely go back and stay in this villa again.

Great Villa

The Vineyards are a special place in Bulgaria. This villa is perfectly located in a quiet area of the resort. The facilities were great although 1 slight issue was the small freezer box inside the relatively small fridge too, this meant we couldn't store much meat and fresh foods for lunches and dinners which ultimately cost us a lot of money having to go day by day for meals. The owners are so helpful and kind, overall this is a fantastic villa and a highly recommended one at that.

Exceeded expectations

The property was clean spacious and perfect for four people ( three generations) . The view over cornfields with the sea in the background was great. A good sized individual pool and a large communal pool with Barb plus smaller ones for children gave plenty of choice with the sea 10 minutes away. There’s plenty to see and do in the area and then coming back to your own restful location and barbecue or on site restaurant gave us plenty of choice . Totally recommend.

A beautiful home which the whole family enjoyed. The pool was wonderful great to have the smaller part so our young children could play in whilst we watched. There was also some floaties and toys available for the children to play with too.The house has everything you would need for your stay. The complex is lovely with two restraunts and the staff were so nice to my children even giving them little gifts before we left. There is a small climbing frame at the complex suitable for children. It is a little far away from sunny beach and we had no car (there is a bus stop near the complex) . But the hosts put us in touch with a fantastic taxi service which we regularly used.

Urlaub 2021

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Es war ruhig und der Pool hat viel Spaß bereitet. Die Temperatur war hervorragend. Das Haus sollte aber sauberer übergeben werden, unter der Couch sollte auch geputzt werden, sowie auch die Spinnen und Käfer entfernt werden. Es sollte Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern und Balkontüren angebracht werden. Besonders unsere Tochter hat extrem große, sogar schon schmerzhafte Mückenstiche bekommen. Wespen haben uns auch immer wieder belästigt. Die Matratzen sollten auch mal erneuert werden. Man spürt schon einzelne Metallfedern. Eine Badewanne konnte man auch als Dusche nicht nutzen, denn wenn man das Wasser abgelassen hat, leider das Bad überschwemmt wurde, weil das Wasser aus dem Gullideckel im Boden wieder rauskam. Das sind Mängel, welche im Urlaub stören. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wie gesagt die Ruhe genossen und konnten danach entspannt in unser Hotel umziehen und unseren Urlaub fortführen. Frau Andreeva, die Managerin des Hotels, welches dem Komplex angehört, ist absolut Klasse und hat uns im Vorfeld sowie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr lieb geholfen. Das ist eine Bekanntschaft, wie ich sie selbst als Bulgare sehr schätze. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Dennoch kann ich den Kontakt zum Vermieter als positiv bewerten. Ihrem Wunsch, Seife, Geschirrspülmittel und anderes dort zu lassen, haben wir entsprochen. Allerdings haben wir nichts von dem vorgefunden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Thankyou for your review and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately we’ve been unable to visit our Villa this year before the holiday season started. The garden furniture was replaced in 2019 but it would appear it now needs replacing again which we will ensure happens before summer 2022.

Le beau temps et la piscine est ce que nous avons le plus apprécié. Ce qui nous a le plus déplu, ce sont les moustiques et les venues incessantes des gens pour l'entretien de la piscine. Pour les moustiques: le matin, le midi, le soir, ils sont là tout le temps et partout. Le non entretien d'un bon nombre de piscines voisines n'y est certainement pas sans raisons... Pour le personnel d'entretien de la piscine, il vient chaque jour entre 3 et 4 fois (jamais à la même heure): 1 fois pour tester le PH et le chlore, une fois pour retirer les saletés dans l'eau, une fois pour vérifier la pompe et le niveau de l'eau puis une dernière fois pour vérifier que tout le monde a bien fait son boulot. Si vous aimez votre intimité, c'est raté ! Côté mobilier extérieur, il manque un parasol et un support car 1 seul petit parasol à placer dans une table, ce n'est pas très pratique si on est plusieurs à vouloir se mettre à l'ombre sur les chaises longues. 2 chaises de jardin étaient fendues et menaçaient de se briser. Et, pour terminer, il y avait des bestioles dans une salle de bain à notre arrivée

We'll consider a sun umbrella for next year but also point out the villa does have two covered areas where you can sit outside out of the sun. Noise from planes is very rare, even though the resort is only 20 minutes from the airport We always recommend a car, as mentioned in the description, although public transport is available

Barry & Sarah Fitzjohn purchased this holiday villa off plan in 2006. Completion was in 2008 and we, along with our sons, now consider this our home from home.


Why they chose this property

The Vineyards is a gated SPA resort slightly inland from the coast. It has all the amenities required for a quiet self catering holiday while not being too far from the busier costal resorts. The villa has a secluded 50sqm pool (1.5 meter deep) plus the added benefit of a children's pool which, along with a large BBQ, make sitting outside in the sunshine extremely relaxing.

The Vineyards Spa Resort is considered one of the best resorts in the region
