Beautiful holiday home located in the residential area of Cretaix, 2.5 km from the Town of Sa Pobla where you can enjoy their famous tapas on their bars and restaurants.
Entering through the front door leads directly to the living room, from here you can access by stairs to the first floor of the house where there is a large room with sofas that can be used as a game room or sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is integrated with the dining room. The bedrooms are located opposite sides of the house, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and the other with twin beds. There is also a second full bathroom.rnThe size of pool is 8 x 4 meters is surrounded by a beautiful and large garden where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days.rnThere is also a covered porch area and barbecue with a dining table for up to 6 people.rnAbout 12 km are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, 15 minute drive

Sehr schöne Finca, toller Pool, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Sehr gepflegte Finca, sehr guter Pool, Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Leider ist derzeit eine Baustelle beziehungsweise ein Rohbau gegenüber, so dass man täglich mit Hämmern, Bohren und Baggern gestört wird, was die Entspannung und Ruhe natürlich leiden lässt.

Beautiful and big property with a lovely pool that has a shallow and a deeper area and can be entered via stairs. The kids loved it! The house is cozy and comfortably furnished and the kitchen worked well for us. Beware - the oven heats up very fast. We almost burned two pizzas :) Towels and beach towels were provided, which was convenient. When we had trouble with the washing machine, the owner came by straight away and fixed it in no time. He also picked some fruit for us to enjoy. Communication was great! The Sa Pobla area is beautiful and offers some great options for eating out. We can definitely recommend the restaurant „Ca na Lucia“! You can reach several supermarkets by car in 5 minutes, as well as beautiful beaches like Alcúdia beach in 15-20 minutes. Perfect place for a small family! Our only critique would be that there are a lot of mosquitos, wasps and ants on the property. We got bitten a lot, even though we used mosquito repellant. Urlaub ohne Stress

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca in ruhiger Ortsrandlage. Für 2 Paare bestens eingerichtet. Schöner Pool und herrliches Grundstück. Stellplatz für den Mietwagen, WLAN, Sat-Tv, usw.. Zentraler Standort, Mietwagen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns bestens erholt!
