The house is modern and minimalist style, entering her people are surprised because its facade is very simple, typical village.
Behind the entrance a small Mediterranean garden hides, with impeccable terrace and a very nice pool in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The terrace is equipped with 8 garden chairs and a table where you can relax with breakfast in it, a hidden paradise.
The back of the house is the glass wall that makes is always well lit by the sun.
Here visitors can discover a tasteful decoration and design.

Superb Property

We have enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this superb property - an ideal place to escape from the crowds. The town itself is quiet but ideally situated to get to the beaches and other places of interest. The house is very well designed and appointed. And the hosts were excellent. Great location

Location was great as bakery opposite (although not open all the time during our stay). The Supermarket was 5 or so doors down. The Centre of the village was a 5 min walk, the centre was not commercialised and had a lovely local authentic Majorca feel. We hired a car from Palma airport which was approximately a 45 minute drive. It is essential to have a car if staying in Sa Pablo as all the northern beaches were approximately 30 - 45 minutes away via car. The house had everything that we needed with the much needed pool as it was 35c on most days! It would be useful for some informational reading materials at the house on what Majorca and Sa Pablo has to offer.

Fantastic property in a great location

A wonderful property, light, airy, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay in Mallorca. The hosts, Francisca and her husband were very friendly and helpful, answering our queries promptly. The property is located on a residential street with a supermarket 1 minute away for all your daily essentials. Parking is free and whilst we couldn’t park immediately outside the property there was plenty of parking spaces available within a couple of minutes walk. The town square, with shops, restaurants and bars is only a 5 minute walk away and the town of Sa Pobla is centrally located on the island making visits to other villages and towns easy to get to either by car or public transport. The garden area of the property was great, with outside seating areas, with shade if needed, sunloungers and a great little pool for cooling off. There is also a fantastic outdoor 50m pool on the edge of town, only 2 euros per day per person. A fantastic holiday in a fantastic property with great hosts and highly recommended.

Excellent Property & Lovely Hosts *****

A beautiful house, just like the photos, from the front doesn’t look like much but is like a tardis, very spacious, we loved all the quirky things in the house and the beautiful plants everywhere. The pool is a good size, not huge but I’d say bigger than it looks in the photos. Sa Pobla itself we didn’t explore much, it was very hot so we didn’t want to walk far with a complaining 10 year old! But from driving around the town itself did not appear very ‘touristy’ at all. Which wasn’t a problem for us really & we had a car. I’d say you would definitely need a hire car. The roads are very narrow, ideally get a small/medium car if you can (we were upgraded to an SUV and I scraped the wheels a couple of times squeezing up to the kerb!), parking was never an issue we always found a parking spot nearby, sometimes just having to drive around the block once or twice. The island of Majorca is small so if you have a car there are many beautiful places to explore nearby. We traveled by car everyday; Caves De Drach 45mins (Porto Cristo), beautiful caves by very busy in high season, although still worth a visit I’d say; Alcudia Beach & Port, about 20 mins, very beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, the sea is warm and very safe for children, no tides and shallow for a long way, very calm no waves, plenty of water-sports, restaurants, shops, deck chairs to hire etc; Pollenca is a 15 min drive, very beautiful town definitely worth a visit, the Port of Pollenca a little further on (about 6km) a lovely port and beach with restaurants etc, parking lot right by the port always had spaces and was cheap (about €1 an hour), we did a sunrise and dolphin watching tour from there; Soller (about 45 min drive) is a beautiful town where you can catch a tram to the port (or a historical train to palma), the tram ride on the historic trams to the port is lovely - the Port of Soller itself is very beautiful, my favourite place we visited; Miramar (about 50min drive) has a beautiful old Monastery, the grounds are sadly in a state of disrepair and there are no facilities there apart from toilets, but it is a beautiful place to visit, amazing views and a short walk to some interesting stone bridges, not much sign posted so you have to explore a bit! I thought it was a real hidden gem and would definitely recommend a visit, a short drive from here takes you through some beautiful villages to Port De Soller through winding roads. Overall an excellent base to explore Majorca! 5*!!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus. Unsere Gastgeber, Francesca und Llorenc, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Sehr angenehm waren die Abkühlungen im Pool.Alles notwendige (lokaler Supermarkt, sehr gut, Restaurants, etc.) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Abende haben wir gerne mit einen Spaziergang zum Marktplatz verbunden, wo zahlreiche Restaurants zum Essen einladen.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Super ausgestattet! Sehr nette Vermieter! Check-in und check-out sehr gut!Die Schlafzimmer zur Straße sind nachts ziemlich laut. Parkplatz muss man sich in den angrenzenden Straßen suchen. Supermarkt fast nebenan ist sehr praktisch! Der schöne Strand ist10 Minuten entfernt!Viele Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen!Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

A nossa experiência na casa foi simplesmente espetacular! A decoração é linda e acolhedora, deixando o ambiente ainda mais agradável. A casa possui todas as comodidades necessárias para acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas, incluindo um espaço exterior incrível com piscina, perfeito para relaxar e aproveitar o sol. Além disso, a Francisca e o Lorenzo foram sempre muito disponíveis e atenciosos, prontamente atendendo a tudo o que solicitamos. Séjour parfait en famille dans une maison tout équipée

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison à Sa Pobla du 6 au 15 août 2024. La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour une famille, et nous y avons séjourné confortablement à trois, avec notre fille de 5 ans. La localisation est idéale, à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L’intérieur est spacieux, propre, bien entretenu, et décoré avec goût. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont également très agréables pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison : tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, jusqu’au parasol de plage ! Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Francisca et son mari pour leur aide et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et espérons y revenir lors de nos prochaines vacances à Majorque !

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Francesca a été disponible et réactive tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est magnifique, sans parler de la terrasse atypique et ultra cosy. Ombragé sur le moments de la journée où il fais très chaud. Tout était parfait, nous avons manqué de rien.(parasol, jeux pour enfants, serviette de plages…) Très pratique lorsque nous devons prendre l’avion. Nous recommandons +++

Tolles Ferienhaus für die Familie

10 jours à Mallorca

Nous avons passé 10 jours à Mallorca, le logement est très spacieux comme décrit, il ne manque rien, gros coup de cœur, avec un supermarché juste à coté, recommandation à 100%. Sa Pobla est idéalement situé, proche d'Alcudia (grand marché dimanche et mardi), Cap de Formentor à faire quand le ciel est bien découvert, Portocristo (grottes de Drach), Cala Figuera (village de pêcheurs), tout près les plages d'es Moro et s'Amarador paradisiaque. Bref nous avons fait le tour de l'ile

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail ;)

Wir waren vom 15.08.23 - 27.08.23 im Haus von Francisca. Das Haus ist richtig groß, auch wenn es von außen nicht so wirkt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kinder hatten richtig Spaß im Pool. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und hübsch eingerichtet. Es wurde eigentlich an alles gedacht. Selbst ein Einkaukstrolley war da - eine mega Erleichterung! Franciscas Mann hat unser WLAN Problem schnell gelöst - danke nochmal dafür! Die Kommunikation verlief super. Selbst als wir theoretisch nicht hätten zurück fliegen können, hätte uns die Hausbesitzerin ohne Probleme noch eine Nacht dort schlafen lassen..Mir bleibt nichts anderes als danke zu sagen und wir hoffen irgendwann mal wieder mit Oma und Opa nochmal zu kommen ;) Bis dahin euch zwei alles gute. Schönes Haus perfekt für ruhigen Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt zentral im gemütlichen Ort Sa Pobla, perfekt waren die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Momente am Pool und die gemütlichen Abende auf der Terrasse. Die Gastgeberinnen Franziska war immer erreichbar und hatte stets nützliche Tipps. Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Une très belle et agréable maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur cette magnifique île. Nous avons séjourné dans cette très belle maison, où il fait bon vivre. Elle possède de beaux volumes et les équipements permettent de passer un séjour parfait. Il ne manque rien. Elle est très bien placée à 30 min de Palma. Ce qui permet d'être au centre de tous les lieux touristiques. Le supermarché est à 50 m de la maison, très pratique. Pour finir nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié les boissons fraîches et les fruits frais. Un grand merci. La réussite de notre séjour est du aussi grâce à vous et à ce lieu de vie.

La propriétaire est adorable et très disponible pour nous conseiller pendant notre séjour, réserver les restaurants, nous indiquer où aller sur l’île etc… Un très agréable séjour à Majorque avec nos enfants dont un bébé de 15 mois. Il y a tous les équipements dans la maison.

Vacaciones Mallorca

La casa es preciosa, muy amplia y con una zona exterior muy bonita con piscina. Prácticamente hicimos vida en la zona exterior. Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir, no le falta de nada. Está muy cerca de todas las playas/calas del norte de la isla. La propietaria muy amable, desde antes de llegar ya nos ayudó con el alquiler del coche. Fuimos 4 adultos y una niña y la casa es espaciosa. Muy recomendable!

Super courtyard house

Great terraced house, very cleverly designed so it is bright, spacious and airy. Very private too. To the rear are two garden courtyards with stretched canopies providing shade and a clean pool. Great bbq facilities too.

14 jours dans la maison du bonheur/14 days in the house of happiness

Pas un lieu de location mais un lieu de vie. Ç'est différent. Et celle qui fait la toute différence, c'est Francisca ! Notre hôte a été bienveillante, attentionnée. Et précieuse : elle nous a trouvé en quelques heures un arendez-vous chez un kiné (formidable) pour une personne qui souffrait du dos. La maison est pleine de charme, super fonctionnelle. De la petite cuillère aux climatiseurs, tout est à sa place. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. La maison est grande et le terrain est long. Ce qui permet de vivre dans des univers différents : la piscine pour se détendre, l'étable pour déjeuner à l'abri du soleil, devant la baie vitrée pour le petit déjeuner... La décoration est une merveille d'élégance, en particuliers la succession de tableaux et de meubles parfois exotiques. A l'extérieur, les citronniers, les plantes montent la garde de votre serénité. Probablement le plus important : l'endroit est calme comme une église. Appréciable également : supermarché à pied en 60 secondes !! Séjour merveilleux. Un écrin idéal. Une hôte d'exception. Merci mille fois Jocelyne Not a rental place but a place of life. It's different. And the one that makes all the difference is Francisca! Our host was gracious, attentive. And precious: in a few hours she found us an appointment with a physiotherapist (great) for a person who suffered from back pain. The house is full of charm, super functional. From teaspoons to air conditioners, everything is in its place. Everything works perfectly. The house is large and the land is long. This allows you to live in different worlds: the swimming pool to relax, the barn for lunch sheltered from the sun, in front of the bay window for breakfast ... The decoration is a marvel of elegance, in particular the succession of paintings and sometimes exotic furniture. Outside, lemon trees and plants guard your serenity. Probably the most important: the place is as quiet as a church. Also appreciable: supermarket on foot in 60 seconds !! Wonderful stay. An ideal setting. An exceptional host. Muchas gracias Francisca, you are the best !!

Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub Dank des tollen Hauses und der tollen Lage inmitten der Einheimischen. Francisca ist eine tolle Vermieterin und trotz der momentanen Corona-Situation sehr offen und hilfsbereit!

Una perla en Sa Pobla

Somos una familia de 4, dos peques de 8 y 10 años, mi mujer y yo, fuimos a la isla por 10 dias y queriamos algo cerca de Alcudia, que esta a solo 20 minutos en coche. La ubicacion en Sa Pobla es buena, hay un supermercado Mercadona a escasos 30 mts de la casa, se puede aparcar en la calle sin problemas. Esta ubicada en el medio del pueblo, pero sin embargo esta bien resguardada y no te sientes observado en ningun momento. La casa es preciosa, super equipada, moderna, y lo mas importante: con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes! Como extra hay una nevera gigantesca y un congelador, super necesario para mantener todo fresco sin problemas de espacio. La piscina es genial para refrescarse y disfrutar del clima de Mallorca, y el jardin es precioso, desgraciadamente nosotros no lo pudimos disfrutar mucho durante las mañanas o las noches, ya que los mosquitos tigre estan al acecho y las picaduras son terribles. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto, Francisca esta siempre pendiente para todo lo que puedas necesitar, lo que sea! y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Hemos tenido unas vacaciones fantasticas y les recomendamos a todos alojarse aqui. Repetiremos!!!

La verdad es que si uno no quiere el bullício de la costa y prefiere la tranquilidad del pueblo, estamos a 10km de la fantástica Playa de Muro. Esperamos verles de nuevo, estaremos encantados de alojarles en casa. . Por cierto, ahora fumigamos para los mosquitos 😊, que este año han sido realmente molestos en Mallorca. 🌞
