Labenne-Ocean is a pleasant small residential and tourist town on the South Atlantic coast, close to the Basque Country (Bayonne, Biarritz etc.). Renowned for its sporting activities or relaxation, linked and in the heart of nature, this portion of the Landes will seduce you with its easy access to the huge and wide sandy beach (monitored from mid-June to mid-September), at ocean and the practice of surfing, body board and beach games, with many bike paths and trails of the surrounding forest (maritime pines, cork oaks, acacias etc.) offering cycling, rollerblading, jogging or simply walks.

Inside, the house is divided on 2 levels:

• on the ground floor :
- modern fully equipped kitchen, with central island and table for 5 people, closed or open on the living room - dining room, facing south-east, accessing the terrace;
- spacious living room - dining room facing south, overlooking terrace, pool and garden;
- entrance (north): cupboard, WC;
- 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and 2 bathrooms:
o 1 master bedroom, 160 * 200 bed and en-suite shower room (Italian shower + washbasin) opening onto the terrace, swimming pool and garden;
o 2 rooms equipped with a bed 90 * 190 1 person, the other with a drawer bed or 2 beds 90 * 190;
o 1 large bathroom with 1 bath, 1 walk-in shower, and 1 double sink;
o 1 toilet.
- 1 laundry cellar

• upstairs :
- 1 mezzanine lounge with sofas and TV equipment, opening onto a north-east terrace
- 1 bedroom, bed 140 * 190, overlooking the terrace, with small adjoining bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC)
- large terrace equipped through north-east

Outside, the house is completed by:
- a large wooden terrace, facing south, with awning and parasol;
- 1 set table, chairs, sunbathing;
- 1 pool, 8 * 4m, depth 1m50, access steps, heated, salt, secured by a rigid shutter (up to 80kg) with mechanical winding;
- games (slide, swing, trampoline)

Practical and technical details for your stay in peace, with family or friends:
• a minimum stay of 7 nights is required
• arrival and departure on Saturday
• 2 adorable cats will stay with you
• animals not accepted (for the reason above)
• capacity of 7 people maximum
• you can play the piano - during the day - as long as you take great care of it (systematic washing of the hands beforehand, precaution of opening and closing the keyboard, no objects or jewelry that can scratch the wood or the keys)
• fully equipped house: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, multifunction oven, induction hob, stainless steel griddle, fridge, toaster, coffee maker (pods), kettle, iron and ironing board , household products, vacuum cleaner.
• wi-fi internet access at your disposal
• sheets, bed linen are included in the rental
• a cleaning fee of 120 € is offered at the end of the stay for stays of one week; for stays of fifteen days, a mandatory intermediate household is offered.
• a deposit of 3360 € (not cashed) will be given on arrival in the accommodation
• Liability insurance is required for the duration of the stay
