We Have the Best Coffee & Pastries and the Bed Is Mighty Fine, Too
Your 2nd floor room nestled amongst the oak trees features a wonderfully comfortable full-sized bed with ample pillows, 100% cotton linens and a cotton quilt underneath a remote controlled ceiling fan. There are original heart pine hardwood floors and plenty of windows to let the sun shine in.
Snuggle into the leather recliner and watch the large flat screen television with hundreds of options. If that's not your thing, then sit down to read a good book, write a postcard or use your laptop on the writing table.
Across the hall is a shared bathroom which is always pristine clean and sanitized.
We feature our own Brazilian House Blend or a deep Espresso Roast coffee which is freshly ground daily. Select from a variety of tea options and then cap one or the other off with a freshly made pastry.
There is a mini fridge to keep your drinks or snacks handy and as well as a microwave. Also in the fridge you'll always find fresh, spring water. Glasses are found on the coffee bar. Need ice? No problem. We got you covered. Just ask.
We also offer use of your own full-sized refrigerator located in the garage, washer/dryer privileges, Verizon Fios WiFi and cable, space in our walk-in pantry for your food, and kitchen privileges that include use of all cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Please enjoy our private pool and patio. We provide beach towels. You are welcome to use either of our Weber gas or charcoal grills.
Our neighborhood is extremely SAFE, quiet and very friendly, conducive to biking, walking, and jogging. It runs along the Hillsborough River. It is within biking distance (2 miles) of University of South Florida, USF Sun Dome, H Lee Moffitt Cancer Institute, and James A Haley VA Hospital. Busch Gardens, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tampa Greyhound Track, MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, and Ybor City are but a stone's throw away.

Fantastic hosts and very comfortable room.
Suejette and Bernie go above and beyond as hosts. Each morning I enjoyed a fresh delicious fruit bowl and coffee. Bernie helped me secure a new canoe to my cars roof rack for my return trip. He always seems happy to help in any way he can. I so enjoyed getting to know them when crossed paths. Surjette has a wonderful eye for decorating this space besides being a great hostess. They have the wonderful ability to welcome you and make you feel comfortable in their home. It was a treat to spend some time with this couple.

This place was EXACTLY what I was looking for when I traveled!
The room is comfortable, clean & I had everything I needed!
Each morning, I was greeted with fresh coffee, and delicious pastries!! Lastly, the owners were so nice & helpful! Made me feel right at home! Will definitely check out again, if I travel back again! :)
