Living room (35m2) with kitchen area and lounge with fireplace opening onto a large west terrace overlooking the garden, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 and 160 and 2 single beds 90 which can be put together), baby travel cot, 1 bathroom, 1 shower, 1 sauna for 4 people. 1 lounge/playroom for children in the attic with TV/DVD area. With two 90 cm beds (total 8 beds). Heating and cleaning included. Non-smoking gîte. The 130 m² gîte on the ground floor and 2 floors is located in the village of Bessat, the highest village (1170 m) in the Pilat park. It has beautiful outdoor spaces: terrace, enclosed garden with swing, ping pong and bowling alley: 720 m². Garage for bicycles and strollers (no car). Optional sauna for 4 people at €100.

- A basket of firewood for the fireplace is provided. Additional baskets must be requested from the owner or their representative and are charged at €10 per basket.
- Other exceptional charges may be charged in the event of negligence or damage requiring hours of tidying up the chalet or cleaning beyond the normal 3-hour workload.
