Welcome to our beautiful Provencal villa! You will be quiet for your holidays with family or friends.
The house is very pleasant to live because the majority of the rooms are on one level. It is a property of 130 m², neither too big nor too small! The southern exposure will allow you to enjoy the sun of Provence until the end of the afternoon.

The villa is located on a flat plot of 1200m², in a quiet residential area of the town of La Crau, in the Var department (83).
La Crau is a small town between sea and countryside, near Toulon and Hyères, near the seaside resorts of Carqueiranne, Le Pradet, Hyeres and Le Lavandou. At 10km from the sea, La Crau offers a pleasant living environment, far from the bustle of the major coastal resorts.

To refresh yourself, a beautiful 9m x 4.5m free-form swimming pool finds its place in the heart of the garden.
The setting is very nice because no vis-à-vis will disturb your privacy.
The automatic watering of the landscaped garden, the maintenance of the green spaces and the swimming pool being included, you will take advantage of your holidays!

The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190) and shared bathroom and 1 bedroom (queen size bed 160 x 190) with dressing room and bathroom.
A large living room of 50m ² is extended by a mezzanine with TV corner.
Wifi modem available.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Take your meals in the shade of the Virginia creeper, bask in the sun on a comfortable lounger, read by the pool, daydream in the garden ... There is something for everyone with the many terraces and the Zen area!

On the menu: barbecues and pizzas are in the spotlight! The charcoal and the small wood are available ...

At the entrance, a private covered parking that can accommodate 2 vehicles awaits you.

The rental is non-smoking.
The linen is provided.

Two cats are present on site. They will ask you some caresses and croquettes (provided).
