40 m² single-storey cottage, living room with lounge area and kitchen area, 1 bedroom, library area, parking. Central heating. Baby bed on request. Guaranteed change of scenery while being easy to access 15 minutes from St-Etienne, close to St-Jean-Bonnefonds and Sorbiers. Many walks from the house, as well as some ponies, donkeys, horses and cows in the surrounding meadows that will delight children! Cottage 200 meters from a GR.
