In Fréjus-Plage between Cannes (35km) and Saint-tropez (35km), beautiful T2 of 50m2 located on the seafront, at the foot of a beautiful sandy beach, on the 2nd floor with caretaker and lift.
Beautiful sea view, very bright and completely renovated.
Composed of a separate bedroom (1 double bed (160x200) with terrace sea view, a bathroom, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with snack bar overlooking the living room and a beautiful corner terrace facing the sea and the beach, a living room with sofa bed. Round table and 4 chairs.
Terrace with garden furniture.
Close to shops, all amenities, the nature base and the gateway to beautiful walks in the Esterel and seaside.
Ideal situation for people without vehicles (railway station at 1,5km).
Possibility of a private parking space: 20 € / week.
Possibility of cleaning extra 50 €
Sheets, towels not provided.
No pets allowed.
Standard rate = out of season: 480 € / week from Saturday to Saturday
