Charming new house on one level

Our cottage "Bleu Vert" between Gulf and Ocean is located in the center of Sarzeau Bourg, shops and market 2 steps, Gulf path 300 m. The beaches of the ocean are 4 km away. As a couple or with two children, this new building on one level will certainly seduce you. The living space has a sitting area with sofa and fireside, a TV with coffee table and a pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and the essentials in cookware, crockery and cutlery. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with bed 160 x200 and a double room 90x190 each with wardrobe closet. Linens provided. Shower room and separate toilet. The outdoor area includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all open onto the landscaped garden of the owners.

Fantastic place to stay

The property is modern, clean and comfortable . It has everything you could need for your French stay. Loved walking in to find a welcome gift of crepes and local cider. Location is great. Private garden area and lovely swimming pool. Would recommend and use again if we are back in that area in future.

Netter Aufenthalt in einer Oase

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus und der Pool sind perfekt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt leider nur französische TV Programme, aber das war kein großes Problem. Sarzeau ist eine beschauliche Kleinstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Ausflugmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen wieder

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) haben hier zwei wunderschöne Augustwochen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und schön eingerichtet. Normalerweise buchen wir immer Häuser auf dem Land, allerdings wollten wir dieses Mal fußläufig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben. Und dafür ist dieses Haus perfekt. Es liegt mitten im schönen Ort Sarzeau, ist aber durch eine alte Mauer sichtgeschützt und das Haus liegt in einem schön angelegten Garten. So bekommt man nichts von der Stadt mit, aber sobald man das Grundstück verlässt, erreicht man in 2 Gehminuten Bäcker, Supermarkt, Boutiquen, die schönen Märkte etc. Durch die Bauweise ist dieses Haus sehr hellhörig, aber da wir als Familie verreist sind, hat uns das nicht gestört. Der Pool ist großartig und wir durften ihn jederzeit benutzen, allerdings war das Wetter so schön, dass wir oft an den Stränden in der Nähe waren. Stephanie und Philippe sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir waren hier sehr glücklich, sind schweren Herzens abgereist und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Grüne Insel im Village

Geschützt durch Mauern findet man hier eine gärtnerisch ansprechend gestaltete grüne Insel mit einem großzügigen Pool vor. Auch das Parken von Auto und Fahrrädern ist dadurch sehr gut möglich. Der moderne Modul-Bungalow ist gut aufgeteilt und die "schwedische" Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten im näheren und erweiterten Umfeld schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

Top Location für Familien!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die relativ neue, saubere, moderne und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung besticht zudem durch einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, der rundum durch eine alte Natursteinmauer eingegrenzt ist. Außerdem ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts! Der beheizte Pool wurde uns durch die überaus entgegenkommenden, offenen und freundlichen Besitzer sogar auch außerhalb der vereinbarten Pool-Zeiten angeboten. Der Ort Sarzeau hat an sich auch alles, was man braucht. Fußläufig erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Bäckereien, Metzger, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch der lokale Fahrradverleih (ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt) ist sehr vorteilhaft, da die gesamte Region mit hervorragenden Radwegen ausgestattet ist. Die Vermieter haben für Fragen oder Probleme stets ein offenes Ohr und versuchen bestmöglich zu helfen. Fazit: Wir können diese Unterkunft allen Familien nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein!

Schönes Häuschen mit Pool in Sarzeau

Wir haben unseren 12 tägigen Aufenthalt bei Stephanie und ihrer Familie sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt auf dem Grundstück der Eigentümer. An- und Abreise sind aber über eine Schlüsselbox möglich- das ist sehr praktisch. Das Häuschen ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch der Garten, die Longe und vor allem der beheizte Pool haben zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. Die Gegend der Bretagne ist reizend und es gibt viel zu erkunden. Wir hatten einige Tage schönes Wetter, einige Tage auch etwas durchwachsenes Wetter- wie es in der Bretagne eben so ist. Aber es hat nie lange am Stück geregnet. Wir sind viel Rad gefahren, die Fahrradwege sind gut ausgebaut und bieten sich zum Erkunden der Landschaft an. Es gibt auch viele Schöne Strände in der Nähe. Stephanie selbst ist sehr herzlich, gibt Hinweise und Tipps, wenn man danach fragt, ist aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Es gibt einen Hund und eine Katze, die uns zwischendurch auch im Garten besucht haben. Sehr süß. Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht das nicht immer gute Wlan bzw. der nicht so gute Handyempfang, auch über die mobilen Daten- zum Leidwesen unserer 12- und 14 jährigen Töchter. Sollten wir nochmal in die Bretagne kommen, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Bretagne zum wohlfühlen

Tolles, modernes Objekt mit einer super Ausstattung. Der Pool ist mega schön und war für unsere 2 Jungs das Highlight überhaupt. Stephanie und Famile sind super nett und machen den Urlaub komplett, leider sprechen wir kein Französisch, hätten uns aber sehr, sehr gerne mehr unterhalten. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Top verhuurders die alles doen om ons verblijf te optimaliseren. Het gedeelde zwembad was duidelijk vooraf gecommuniceerd, maar voor mij enige punt om mij een beetje aan te passen en dan nog mochten we enkele dagen extra zwemmen tov de eigenlijke afspraak!

Séjour parfait sur la presqu'île de Rhuys

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, situé au centre de Sarzeau, à 100 mètres de tous les commerces. Équipements pour bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire bébé, chaise haute, jeux) Très bon accueil et facilité de communication avec les propriétaires. Idéal pour une famille avec bébé ou enfant en bas âge.

Excellent Séjour

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans cette propriété et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Propriétaires très accueillants, logement au gout du jour, très apaisant, très lumineux avec la vue sur le jardin arboré très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, en centre bourg ( tous commerces accessibles à pied ) tout en étant très calme.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à Sarzeau, un bourg très vivant avec tous les commerces de proximité à disposition. La maison est très bien conçue et très joliment décorée et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Par ailleurs, nos hôtes ont été charmants, avenants tout en étant discrets. En résumé, un endroit idéal pour une semaine dans la jolie presqu'île de Rhuys!

Super séjour dans la presqu'île de Rhuys

Très belle location, lodge parfait pour 4 personnes avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Magnifique jardin paysager très agréable. Accès possible en semaine à la piscine des propriétaires, avec qui les rapports sont très cordiaux. A deux pas du centre ville de Sarzeau. Très pratique pour aller boire un café en terrasse ou faire un tour au marché! Bref, un endroit parfait pour un séjour dans le Morbihan. Merci pour ce séjour !
