PLEASE NOTE- Due to damage caused by Helene, this little bungalow has been a complete remodeled (WITH PERMITS) so the inside pictures although current, do not reflect how beautiful this property truly is. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed….with the new kitchen island, brand new walk in shower with grab bar, and stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator;)

***Please check out the video that was taken just before the remodel was completed and the final touches were made. Again, I'm not a professional photographer so please bare with me...lol***

It was completely remodeled in March 2025 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home.

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, and a king size bed. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, beautiful kitchen island with seating, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful quartz counter top plus all NEW appliances, including a dishwasher.

This piece of paradise has a large tropical enclosed yard to enjoy while sitting on lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside patio set.

Location is key and this little town still feels sandy and beachy. With limited high rises it doesn't feel like a concrete jungle. Only .5 block from Gulf Blvd and 1 house from the park. This beachy bungalow is just steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, ice cream, pickle ball courts and 15th Ave beach access.

Honestly, they are my babies;) I have carefully curated every piece of furniture and decoration that awaits your arrival.
