Cottage located in a very quiet hamlet in the town of Helfaut, 3 km from the A26 motorway, 7 km from Saint-Omer (its lively town center, its cathedral, the Audomarois Marsh listed by UNESCO, the house of the Marais, the dome of Helfaut at 3 km (war museum 39/45), the forest of Clairmarais.

Mountain bikes for adults and children are available and many hikes are possible from the cottage.

It consists :
on the ground floor: a large entrance hall with separate wc, a fully equipped kitchen living room (induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher), in the lounge area 2 large sofas and an armchair, TV flat screen satellite decoder with foreign channels, 2 double bedrooms (140x190), a bathroom with double sink, 70x110 shower and washing machine.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 twin 80x200 beds.

Deposit 200 € to be paid on site.
Animal not allowed because authorized in the adjoining gîte "le petit bois".

Heating and electricity included up to
24 kwh / day: the excess will be invoiced.

weekend off season: Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 11 a.m. (or Saturday 3 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m.)

Maximum 4 people for companies in 4 different beds.
