Grand T3 65m2 10 minutes drive from the beach Erromardie in St-Jean-de-Luz and about 10 minutes drive from the center of St Jean de Luz, a regular shuttle to the center of Saint de Luz passes at the foot of the residence. There is wifi, a pool (about 12x5m) open from June to September, a terrace south of 21m2 and parking too. This T3 can accommodate 6 people and it offers a good comfort.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator and it is composed of:

Beau logement, belles terrasses, belles prestations. Accès au centre ville par le bus facile. 3 améliorations à prévoir pour en faire un logement parfait (À l'attention du propriétaire...) : literie inconfortable, des équipements abîmés qui mériteraient d'être changés et un ménage moins superficiel (faut pas être trop regardant). Je recommande globalement car le logement est vraiment bien tout de même.
