Rare and exceptional! This apartment of 70 m2 + 6 m2 balcony is on the 1st floor of a small building of the 50s, quiet in the countryside. 100 m from the beach in Saint Jean de Luz, no parking problems and a small supermarket at 50 m. Ideal for all seasons.

Two beautiful rooms of 15 m2 each with balconies: (1) a double bed of 140 cm, hand basin and shower, (2) two 90 cm beds. 25m2 living room with dining area and TV / DVD. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer and dishwasher. Separate bathroom. WC.

The towels and bed linen towels can be provided and included in the delivery if you wish.

At less than 500 m from restaurants, cinemas, the city center and Thalasso. 20 minutes from Biarritz and Spain. Possibility of parking in the street outside the building.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé. La location est à deux pas de la plage et à quelques centaines de mètres du centre de Saint Jean-de-Luz. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne s'occupant de l'accueil est chaleureuse et efficace. Je recommande, sans hésitation, cette location ! Seul petit bémol: il manque une place de parking. La rue (parking non-payant) est, constamment, occupée par les véhicules des plagistes.

Séjour très agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5mn à pied de la mer, et à 15mn du centre de Saint-Jean de Luz, dans une résidence charmante et calme .La personne accueillante était d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Appartement propre et très bien entretenu, tout confort. Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été cordiales et agréables. A recommander.

Sejour de 3 semaines en août 2014. Appartement relativement spacieux mais très bruyant (voisins et rue), mal entretenu et vieillot: meubles de cuisine et four très sales, matelas dont on sent les ressorts ( lits simples) , ménage mal fait, une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, chaises branlantes, armoire vétuste. Le placard et l'armoire sont malodorants. La proximité de la plage et du centre sont pratiques.

Location très agréable, près du centre de St Jean. L'appartement est clair et spacieux, doté notamment de tous les équipements nécessaires (machines à laver la vaiselle et le linge, fer à repasser, etc). Son seul petit défaut : des voisins bruyants par moments.

Appartement aéré spatieux ,très convivial pour une famille,il bénéficie d'un emplacement au calme dans un cadre verdoyant rare en ville,sans vis à vis,tout en étant à proximité de la plage.Trés bon organisation pour l'acceuil.
