This beautiful home has it all. Conveniently located on the North side of town in a very desirable Breckenridge neighborhood offering all the comforts of mountain living. Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and all its amenities as well as offering easy access to historic downtown Frisco and other Summit County world-class skiing.

This house is a gem year round whether you are looking for world-class skiing in the winter months or the beautiful summer months that Breckenridge has to offer. Relax outside on the south facing deck with fantastic Mountain View, enjoy the new hot tub, a gas grill and fire pit.

The main floor boast an open Great Room with lots of windows to showcase the exceptional views of the Ten-Mile Range, a chef’s kitchen with beetle kill pine floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan also includes a dining area off the kitchen, half bath and an enormous master suite. The lower level features a relaxing TV/family room with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Our home is located on a private cul-de-sac just minutes away from downtown Main Street. Choose between a three minute drive or a short stroll to free town shuttles that will whisk you to the slopes or to all the fine dining, shops, and nightlife of downtown Breckenridge. Also located close to Breckenridge Public Golf Course and Blue River Rec path.

This 3 bedroom, two and half bath home with in floor radiant heating throughout is stocked with everything you might need, including cooking and dining utensils and linens. Other amenities include-complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, new hot tub, gas grill, expansive deck with mountain views, keypad entry, and parking for 4 vehicles to include an oversized two-car garage. This is the perfect retreat for families or groups up to 8 people.

SLEEPS 10: Main Level –enormous master suite: king bed, TV, lots of extra storage, luxurious in-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate enclosed tiled shower, double vanity and huge walk-in closet. Lower Level – Bedroom 2: 2 sets of twin bunk beds, TV. Bedroom 3: queen bed, TV, bedroom has access to bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity. Queen pull out couch in the downstairs living area.

Great Property

We had a a great time at the property. It is well taken care of. We would definitely rent this property again. It is close to Breckenridge as well to Frisco.

Three day ski trip

We had a three day Epic pass over the Presidents week school break and wanted to be close to Breckenridge. The house was perfect size for three adults and two older teenagers. All features and amenities were as advertised. The location is a short walk(maybe a tenth of a mile) from two of the bus stops that take you into Breckenridge gondola entrance. The bus is free and runs from early morning until late night, so it worked good to get back into town for dinner and drinks after skiing, in addition to getting back and forth to ski. It’s also a short drive to Keystone and not too far to Vail. The host, Kelley, was super attentive to any inquiries we had and communication about check in, checkout, and house details was excellent. I would definitely recommend this house for a stay in that area!

Amazing stay!

This house was fantastic for our girls trip! We loved the open space in the kitchen and living room, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. The location was also perfect. Just right outside of downtown Breckenridge. We used the free shuttle the first day, which picks up at the entry of the neighborhood near the roundabout and is the Green bus. We had to call for clarification, but was still easy to find. Although, for the remainder of our trip we found it easier to use Uber. We flew in from Denver and used Summit Shuttle to get here, was a great experience. We also went to Copper Mountain one day which was only 19 minutes away and a beautiful drive. The home was perfect, Kelly, the host was a pleasure to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect for our family

This is our second stay here. We love the location with easy accesses to many mountains and plenty of space. The hot tub is great after a long ski day!
