The close proximity to town, the gondola, and various outdoor activities makes this location a winter paradise! During the summer, explore nearby hiking and biking trails, or indulge in a round of golf at the adjacent Jack Nicklaus 27-hole golf course.Highland Greens Spruce accommodates up to 9 guests comfortably. The king primary suite on the upper level features an ensuite 5-piece bath, giving a touch of luxury. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with enchanting ski area views and a shared full bath. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel.
