Open floor plan allows for plenty of entertaining. Garage offers a play room with bar, sofa, TV, and game table...perfect for rainy days or night time gathering. In addition to the three full baths, there's an outdoor shower. 4 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom/office downstairs.

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, miniature golf, tennis/pickle courts, basketball court, & playground.!!

Short drive to Seaside Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Aquarium, Many restaurants, wineries, and antiquing. One hour drive to Atlantic City, Cape May and Wildwood (approx.) You will never be bored!!

Enjoy a comfortable stay with amenities including WiFi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, BBQ grill, high speed internet, central air, 6 beach passes, 5 bikes & 1 two-person kayak. The property offers off-street parking. Sleeping arrangements feature 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, and 1 twin bed. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets.

Excellent Home

We had an excellent time at this house for the week we rented. It's a great location right on the with a stunning view out to the Bay from the entire back of the house. Use of the kayak off the dock and bicycles to get around town and to the beach were also an added benefit. The house was immaculate and the owners were very responsive to questions before our stay.

This a family owned home. We limit rentals in the summer for only a few weeks because this is our second home.

Why they chose this property

Great location, close enough to Sea Side Heights boardwalk, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful waterfront location. Many of the neighbors live there year round, so, not a lot of renters or big parties.
