In the commune of Bénodet, a famous seaside resort in Finistère, we offer you this charming renovated house for rent, offering magnificent accommodation, 1.6 km from the beach. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a large garden planted with trees as well as a terrace where you can enjoy the sea air of Brittany with friends or family. The accommodation comprises

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×190).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.

Outside:
- A lovely enclosed garden with a terrace, and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Just 17 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.


At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton) is the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.
Several festivals take place in the surrounding area (Fouesnant, Quimper, Douarnenez) and during the summer, concerts, brass bands, fest noz and open-air street arts are organised in Bénodet.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (2 cars).
