Charming cottage with authentic 1920s style.
Accommodation of 70m2 - one bedroom with a double bed + 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Equipped kitchen and shower room with washing machine and toilet.
Parking space near the gîte in the backyard.
Ideally located in the seaside resort of Bénodet, you can enjoy the surroundings of the White Sea and the more lively beaches of Bénodet.
On foot, you can take advantage of the proximity of a few restaurants (crêperie at 100m and restaurant Le Tournedos at 200m). Only 10 minutes by bike via the magnificent coastal paths to reach the beautiful white sand beach of Letty (less than 5 minutes by car)
The area is really ideal for hiking and cycling along the paths of the White Sea.
Access to the pedestrian path is 250 m from the gîte.
