About this property

10 minutes from sandy beaches and the site of the Torch, this farmhouse from 1892 completely renovated in 2019, is located in the village of Langougou near a chapel and its fountain. This cottage can accommodate 4 people, combines old and new. The house on the ground floor includes a large living room with modern kitchen, a wood stove, a large flat screen TV 60 inches, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The floor consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds of 0. 90mX2 m and a bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet. You can have at your request a cot, a high chair.

Outside, there is a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and 4 sunbathing. The walled garden is flat, vast and sported.
Small discounts will allow you to store your bikes, your sailboards and other materials.

The place is conducive to calm and long walks by bike or on foot from the farmhouse.

In the heart of Bigouden country, you can discover the fishing port of Guilvinec, the surfers of the Torch. In spring, you will discover the fields of tulips and hyacinths as far as the eye can see. You can visit the Eckmühl lighthouse in Penmarc'h, the discovery of the marine environment with Haliotika Guilvinec, the return of fishing boats from the top of the belvedere Guilvinec, the visit of the Auction, the walk to see seals to Etoc s by canoe or boat, Quimper and its cathedrals, the islands of Glénan, the island of Sein, the Océanopolis museum in Brest .... Many folk events can animate your summer evenings (the festival of embroiderers to Pont-l'Abbé, the Cornouaille festival in Quimper, the interceltic festival of Lorient ... You can taste seafood, crepes, kouings ... The hiking trails are marked and lead you to visit the surrounding chapels. The farmhouse is equipped with a cider press where you can participate in the making of cider.
We can rent you sheets for 5 € each bed and set of towels at 7 €.
Electricity and water consumed will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Une maison tres paisible et superbement équipée

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cette petite maison bretonne, refaite à neuf et tres bien décorée, dans un petit hameau tres calme. Nous n avons jamais vu un gite aussi bien équipé, tout y est, jusqu aux bougies d anniversaire et au Tupperware. La maison est extrêmement bien située pour visiter les merveilles du Finistère sud. Nous avons également apprécié les balades en vélo en famille à la découverte de menhirs ou de la foret d eucalyptus Et pour ne rien gâcher Hubert est un excellent hote, présent quand il le faut et qui sait rester discret. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Une belle bâtisse bien rénovée et bien aménagée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ancienne fermette entièrement rénovée et modernisée. Le propriétaire est accueillant et sympathique. Le pays bigouden est à découvrir et la localisation de la location permet de tout visiter sans trop de déplacements.
