Three carefully decorated bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.
A bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, separate WC, a fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.).

Laundry room with washing machine, utility room and small garden with arbor and garden furniture.

Private parking in a very low traffic dead end.

Local shops (restaurants, crêperie, bakery, grocery store ...).

Quiet area - South exposure - Electric barbecue

Transport from Paris:

1 hour flight (Quimper) - 4 hours by train (TGV) or 6 hours by car from Paris with an arrival by the RN 165 to Quimper - Exit Pont-L'Abbé

Logement très fonctionnel et hyper bien situé. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien Malgré la météo pas toujours clémente on a toujours trouvé quelque chose à faire. C'est vraiment une région superbe. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Avons profite de cette belle maison pour decouvrir son environement et profiter des huitres, des langoustines et des koing aman ( desole pour l hortograche, elles etaient tres bonnes).quartier tres calme, pas de probleme de sationnement, maison confortable terrasse arriere tres adaptable pour le deplacelent du soleil.Hote tres prevement.

Short but lovely stay

Decided to add an extra few days before a holiday booked some time ago and thought Loctudy would be interesting. So it was, property (once we found it!) was good, very clean and a comfortable bed. Owner Jerome was most helpful and we spent an interesting time out and about in the area with some good lunches coming back and enjoying a light supper in the garden.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft erfüllte vollends unsere Erwartungen Loctudy ist ein beschauliches, aber absolut empfehlenswertes Städtchen. Die Umgebung bietet viel Natur, tolles Meer mit Badebuchten und vieles mehr zum Entdecken. Auch für Radfahrer sehr geeignet mit zahlreichen Radwegen.

We enjoyed a week in Loctudy. It’s a quiet, peaceful seaside town with lots of local beaches and scenery. Jerome is very helpful. The house was easy to drive to from Roscoff port. It was clean and functional, a very short walk to the restaurants and beach. Good WiFi too.

Excellent séjour ! La maison est très agréable, dans une impasse extrêmement calme. On peut garer facilement sa voiture devant la maison. Tout est impeccable, fonctionnel. Les chambres ont une jolie décoration et les lits sont très bons. Et l’arrivée et la sortie se font facilement. L’hôte est très attentif et prévenant. On trouve toutes les informations sur place. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin car il faisait très beau. La maison est très bien située dans le centre et le port est à 5-10 mn à pied. Nous recommandons à 100% !

Magnifique séjour en Bretagne où nous avons passé 10 jours sous le soleil Le quartier est très calme et la maison est fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien, la cuisine est un peu petite et il n est pas pratique d y faire trop la cuisine mais il y a une belle terrasse et en été cela doit être top Je recommande plutôt pour une famille
