Tide Down - Classic 4 bedroom beach house with wrap around porch

Tide Down is a fantastic, classic, beach cottage that will provide an incredible vacation for your group. The home boasts plenty of parking, a large porch with ocean views, is located on a direct beach access road, and sleeps 16!

Go up the flight of stairs to enter the home on the main level. This level has all the living space, 1 bedroom, and 1 half bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and is off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and serving utensils to have a nice meal in! There is seating at the kitchen counter that overlooks and is open to the dining room. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Off of the dining room is the living room. The living room has multiple couches for movie night and a large flat screen TV. Exit the living room to the fantastic street side, and an ocean view front porch. Enjoy a meal outside, a cup of morning coffee, or unwind after a long day at the beach on this fantastic porch.

From the living room, proceed upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, and half bath. Immediately in front of you at the top of the stairs is a bedroom with 1 queen bed. To the left of this bedroom is a room with 2 queens and 1 twin. The final bedroom is to the left of this bedroom and also has 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, as well as a half bathroom. To the right of the top of the stairs, is the full bathroom with a large shower.

Downstairs on the ground level of the house is the Washer/Dryer, as well as a large private shower area. This is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach; the shower area is inside with 2 shower heads. Also downstairs, you will find access to the beach equipment storage area for you to store your personal beach items. This home also has plenty of parking, both under the house and in the driveway to the left. Room for 3 SUVs or 4 sedans.

Fall break at Wrightsville Beach

The house was in a good location. Very close to the beach and restaurants ect. but the cleanliness was less than desired. Ran into several cockroaches and evidence of cockroaches. Also, the shower situation was weird w the 2 showers in the basement and only one normal shower upstairs for 15 people.

Great location!

Great location for the beach. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and super close to the beach. Also has plenty of parking.

Fantastic getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was adorable and could not have been located in a more ideal spot. A 10 second walk to the beach and likewise to coffee shops, restaurants, and other retailers made this stay that much more special. Thanks for a great time in Wrightsville! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach cottage is in the perfect location. You can walk to get food, groceries, ice cream and rent bicycles/paddle boards. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Beach access is at end of the street and has a Lifeguard stand. My family had a fantastic time and will stay at this beach house again soon.
