Spacious, bright and newly renovated 95 m2 apartment on charming RĂ„Ă„. 2 min walk from the sea and close to local communication. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom including washing machine, wifi, TV, terrace and outdoor patio. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included.

A new and fresh accommodation with self-catering, but where the hotel feel comes with bedding, hand and shower towels and where check-out cleaning is included. An accommodation where there is plenty of room for socializing both inside and out - long breakfasts, cozy dinners, barbecues, a cup of tea and a book or why not relaxation in the outdoor spa included in the accommodation.

The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine. TV with many channels, free wifi, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, beds for 5- + 1 persons (3 90 cm beds, 1 120 cm, 1 140 cm and 1 extra beds). All beds are bedded with new fresh bed linen when you arrive. Jacuzzi is designed for 4 people and booked for bathing between 15.00 and 21.00. 00, a patio in south / west as well as west / northern location with associated outdoor furniture and barbecue.

NOTE! This is a quiet villa area so we expect you as a guest to take into consideration your surroundings as well when you are in the indoor and outdoor environment. No party allowed !! No outsiders have access to the accommodation, which is only for our tenants.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber mit sehr guter Kommunikation und persönlicher Übergabe der Wohnung inkl. liebevollen Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung und viel RĂŒcksichtnahme mit Ausstattung fĂŒr Kleinkinder ohne extra Kosten. Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung sehr gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet. Fliegengitter in den Fenstern wĂ€ren noch eine super ErgĂ€nzung.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und voll ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Johan ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an einem schönen Sandstrand. Wir haben eine entspannte Woche mit Schwimmen, Surfen, Spazierengehen und StĂ€dtetouren ( Göteborg) verbracht. Vor allem unsere Kinder haben den Whirlpool nach ihren SportaktivitĂ€ten ausgiebig genutzt. Ein unbedingt empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil - Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat alle Anforderungen, wie in der Beschreibung erfĂŒllt und war fĂŒr AusflĂŒge top gelegen. Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche zu fĂŒnft (zwei Erwachsen, drei Kinder (9, 7 und 2 1/2 Jahre) in dieser Ferienwohnung und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung findet man alles Wichtige, die Wege zum Supermarkt und zum Strand sind kurz und die Busanbindung nach Helsingborg super.

Wir haben uns in der ruhig gelegenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche war gut eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon konnte man morgens schon die Sonne genießen. Strand und Bushaltestelle in nĂ€chster NĂ€he.

Wir (2 Erwachsene & 3 Kinder) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Johan war sehr freundlich und gab gleich zu Beginn alle nötigen Infos und klasse Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wirklich ruhige Lage, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Alles was man benötigt ist in der NĂ€he. AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen sind möglich. Die Anbindung ist super und die Vermieter kĂŒmmern sich auch um Dinge, die noch fehlen. FĂŒr uns kommt eine erneute Reise hier her definitiv in Frage.

Sehr schönes Appartement in netter Lage

Es ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt. Auch der Whirlpool, der zum Haus gehört und exklusiv von uns genutzt werden konnte, war am Ende eines Ausflugtages sehr angenehm. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. AusflĂŒge nach Kullaberg, Kopenhagen und Malmö waren gut von hier machbar. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus direkt dahinter und wĂ€ren bei Fragen gleich da gewesen. Aber es wurde beim Empfang alles ausfĂŒhrlich erklĂ€rt, da blieben keine Fragen offen. WĂŒrden jederzeit wieder das gleiche Appartement auswĂ€hlen.

Große Fewo in schönsten Stadtteil

Herzlicher Empfang durch Johan Paulson mit sehr guter Einweisung in die Fewo und tollen Tips fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen, selten so bequem gelegen und ein so gutes Kopfkissen gehabt! Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten, lediglich ein Wasserkocher hĂ€tte uns gefehlt, wenn wir diesen nicht selbst mitgebracht hĂ€tten. Den Whirlpool haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da wir nach den TagesausflĂŒgen einfach zu erschöpft waren. Da die Lage der Wohnung perfekt fĂŒr Unternehmungen jeglicher Art ist, sei es mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum, zur FĂ€hre, mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden, Lebensmittel einkaufen(fußlĂ€ufig möglich) oder ein Restaurantbesuch, ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen. Es war auch sehr schön abends einfach nur durch die Straßen im Wohnviertel zu spazieren und die HĂ€uschen mit den hĂŒbschen Fenstern und BlumengĂ€rten zu betrachten. Ein Abstecher zum Hafen mit Einkehr ins PĂ„ Piren durfte natĂŒrlich nicht fehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolles Appartement zentral zu Helsingborg gelegen und in StrandnÀhe

Das Appartement ist gerĂ€umig, hĂŒbsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. 2 Minuten laufen zum Strand und zum großen Supermarkt. Trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen. Wir waren zu viert, Eltern mit 2 Teenagern. Reichlich Platz fĂŒr alle. Der hot pot war ein Genuss, sicherlich da das Wetter nicht ganz so warm war. Toll ist die Busverbindung nach Helsingborg, Haltestelle um die Ecke, Familientagesticket super gĂŒnstig. Die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar und total hilfsbereit. Rundum Empfehlenswert, 5 Sterne von uns in allen Kategorien!
