Villa Napoleon 100m² near center & 24h circuit

The Villa Napoleon is a house of 100m² in 1930's style (built in 1936), completely redone and modernized in 2016, with garden and 2-seater garage.
On the ground floor, a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoining terrace of 20m ² (equipped with a gas barbecue).
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms and 1 shower room in the Italian.
The city center is 5 minutes walk, and the Circuit des 24h is 10 minutes by car.

2 rooms are equipped with double beds, and the 3rd one with a thick mattress on the floor. Each room is equipped with large windows. There is also a double sofa bed in the attic (for 2 additional travelers), but these are original and the insulation has not been modernized.
There is a WC with sink on each level; a large closet in one of the rooms for your clothes.
The house is fully equipped and at your disposal: TV and game console, wifi, sound system in the living room, washing machine ...
The kitchen is our playground, with all the coolest equipment including a Thermomix Vorwerk, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave ... a second fridge is located in the basement ( the house is fully excavated, with laundry space in the basement and access to the garage)
The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs for your barbecue evenings, with also a foldable high-wind to protect you from the sun (or rain but it's always nice in Le Mans!).
2 sunbeds are also available in the garden!
