The house was great! The living room and bar are terrific. The bedrooms are comfortable, a bit college, and the ensuite bathrooms work very well and are nice. The owner is very responsive and fixed items quickly and graciously. Cabannes is a nice village, a bit out of the way, but close enough to Avignon and Aix and the wonderful towns between. Overall this is a well priced property and a great value. We had better than a great time!

Very nice

Excellent location for excursions throughout the Provence. Great back yard fully fenced in and excellent security. Very charming house with lots of character and the sleeping quarters all equipped with their own bathrooms, not large but fully sufficient. As we were there in the winter it was great that the heaters worked well. The Intermarche just across the cemetery and the boulangerie in 10 min. walking distance. We will be back.

amazing!

First of all, we arrived ahead of check-in time. Sophie let us check in earlier, and pretty quickly resolved the issue of early check-in. And Sophie also suggested a late departure, which was very nice. Sophie was always in touch, answered very quickly and informatively. One of the best hostels I've ever met. Secondly, the villa. It will exceed all your expectations. In reality, the villa is more beautiful and larger than in the photo. The house itself is something incredible. A mixture of the spirit of Provence and modern technology. Large panoramic windows in the living room, a large wooden dining table. Comfortable large armchairs for relaxing in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. And the pool. HUGE! And of course, all this beautiful flora around the pool and the house, the big old pines leave cool even in the heat. A separate small house with a toilet and a shower is a useful thing for families with children. The bedrooms have air conditioning. Special thanks for that. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is good. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The supermarket is about five minutes on foot, by car faster. Bakeries and pizzerias, a pharmacy and a bank are all within a five-minute walk. We remember with great delight our vacation at Sophie's house.

Unser Aufenthalt in Cabannes

Wir haben im August 2024 im Ferienhaus von Sophie unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht und hatten eine gute Zeit.
Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses entsprach im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Die Immobilie war geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe von sieben Personen.
Die Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern waren ein großes Plus und sorgten für zusätzlichen Komfort und Privatsphäre.
Die Küche war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Elektroherd und vor allem die Spülmaschine wiesen deutliche Alterserscheinungen auf.
Der komfortable Außenbereich und der große Pool waren die Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Der Pool bot ausreichend Platz für Spiel und Entspannung, und wir haben die Zeit im Freien sehr genossen.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut. Die Anbindung an lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war günstig.

Parfait

Un séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison, bien équipée, propre, joliment décorée et avec un jardin bien entretenu. La literie est d'excellente qualité. La maison est situé à proximité de beaucoup de sites touristiques et profite d'un calme fort appréciable. Tout était parfait, merci !

Maison très agréable

Maison de plein pied avec 4 grandes chambres équipées chacune de WC et douche. Très bon confort de la literie. Magnifique grande piscine. Tout le séjour a été merveilleux !

Séjour très agréable

Location faite dans le cadre du Festival d’Avignon, notre séjour a été plus qu’agréable ! Grande et belle maison entourée d’un très beau jardin avec son point fort : la piscine ! Propreté autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Rien ne manquait. La climatisation dans la partie nuitée a été très appréciée…! Très utile un Intermarché très bien achalandé à 5 mn à pied. Je recommande très vivement cette location !

Top location

Une grande maison avec jardin clôturé; arboré et grande piscine. La maison est très pratique à vivre, chaque chambre avec salle de bains, grande pièce à vivre (salon-salle à manger), toile solaire, volets, air conditionné; cuisine très bien équipée avec appareils modernes. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de problème ou de question. Très bonne localisation, au calme et proche d'une boulangerie et d'un Intermarché (accessibles à pied), à mi-chemin entre les sites touristiques d'Avignon et des Alpilles (Saint-Rémy de Provence, les Baux...). Une gentille attention (bouteille de Champagne) à l'arrivée. S'il fallait trouver un point moins positif, ce serait l'aspect un peu "daté" de la salle de séjour (année 80 probablement) mais cela reste confortable. Par contre les chambres viennent d'être refaites apparemment et sont pimpantes.
